Fantastic experience: The best real estate agency in Vera by far. Nacho and Celia are geniuses at buying and selling. They sold my chalet that no other agency could sell and found me a brand new apartment in Mojácar. Negative experience: Mintiendo todo el rato sobre el estado de la venta, nos trajeron unos "clientes" que entraron en la casa con contrato para un año y luego escriturar. Según la inmobiliaria eran unas personal solventes y se les había concedido la hipoteca (el banco se lo había asegurado) y era mentira. Resultado, NO SE HIZO LA VENTA Y MÁS DE 1 AÑO EN PODER RECOBRAR LAS LLAVES DE NUESTRA CASA y además en mal estado. Nos hicieron chentaje para devolvérnoslas. La inmobiliaria cobró honorarios aprovechando que el "cliente" había hecho una remesa de dinero al banco, que era para nosotros ya que iban muy atrasados. EN FIN, UNA PESADILLA.
