Fantastic experience: Annette is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and she frequently replied to my texts and enquiries outside her working hours. She did an amazing job helping to secure a mid term rental whilst still in the Uk, provided documentation to help with our visa and has been really supportive since we arrived in Spain 9 days ago. She helped getting the documents needed for our Padron and even went the extra mile to rearrange our Padron appointment that we missed due to a misunderstanding on our part. Overall a brilliant service, thank you Annette, we really appreciate all you have done for us.

Fantastic experience: I came across this real estate agency by chance on the internet. I saw some apartments they were renting in Vera and inquired about them. It just so happened that they were already taken, but they immediately recommended others, and it was all very acertained. In the end, with only a few days' notice before vacation, we rented an apartment in Playa de Baria for a week. Honestly, Francisco, who handles the rentals, is a great professional. Everything was done in writing with the details of the holiday home and the description as it was. He explained everything to us. The apartment was next to the beach. It had air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, plenty of kitchen utensils. A nice big balcony, for those who come without a beach umbrella, and there were also chairs, so you can enjoy the balcony for meals just like at the beach. The urbanization was well maintained, with 2 large pools and 2 for children. The large pool had views of the beach. The beach was very clean and not overcrowded even though it was August. We loved it. Around, there were many bars, a private clinic with many specialties, a pharmacy, and a supermarket (Consum). There were quite a few beach bars on the beach. The promenade went all the way to Puerto Rey. However, around there were urbanizations and beaches for naturists if they are interested. In short, it's a real estate agency that we will surely use again in the future because we loved the area, and the apartments they have are very well maintained. Francisco, no matter if it's the weekend, attends to you right away if there's any problem or if you need any advice.

Negative experience: I would not advise using this company at all! Rude staff and unbelievably bad service. My advice… try another company!

Positive experience: Good location.

Negative experience: We live in Madrid and can approach Vera whenever we feel like it, so we asked them if they could please make a video call or send us a video of a property we are interested in to see if it suited us and if the trip was worth it. They told us that they would send it without any problem, first that day and then they kept postponing the appointment. After a week of chasing the real estate agent, with her scheduling multiple appointments and forgetting them, and us having to insist over and over again, we have received neither the video nor an apology. Be careful about which agency you trust your house with, because some seem to have no desire to sell.

Negative experience: From my point of view, they were not serious; they sold my apartment with the promissory contract delivered. But above all, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Chez ASSETIA on entend parler bien des langues étrangères et il faut tout le professionnalisme d’Annette et de Francisco pour comprendre, expliquer et satisfaire des clients venus de toute l’Europe (et de plus loin sans doute) jusqu’à Vera et ses alentours. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver notre maison au soleil et de le faire avec une équipe dynamique, claire, sympathique et honnête !
