Fantastic experience: I chose API to market my property in Vera Playa as I felt that they have good outreach to a varied clientele, and in northern Europe in particular. Ann has a very good understanding of the local property market and particularly my urbanisation and she was enthusiastic about what it has to offer to those looking for a holiday, or a permanent, home. Ann, or her husband, did all the viewings while I was in the UK and I never had any concerns about the security of my property in my absence. Ann was always very responsive to my enquiries for updates and I felt that she was working hard to find a buyer, which she did within three months of my property going on the market. Whilst other estate agents gave very modest valuations of my property Ann, by contrast, was much more "bullish" about it which worked out well as I achieved significantly more, after countering the buyers' first offer, than other estate agents' valuations. Ann's strategy hit the mark and I achieved a good sale price. I cannot recommend API highly enough!
