La verdad es que después de todo lo pasado y aunque suene reiterativo, nada hubiera sido sin tú (vuestra) confianza, en todo el transcurso, de principio a fin..Adversidades varias y algún contratiempo nos han dado a conocer. 'Mucha suerte en el futuro y espero verla pronto de nuevo, aún quedan cosas pendientes.

Nos ha llevado la venta del piso Jose, que ha estado pendiente durante todo el tiempo que ha durado el proceso de poner en venta el inmueble. Explicando los pasos a llevar a cabo, facilitando las citas y adaptándose a nuestra disponibilidad. Además de vender en un tiempo récord ha sido capaz de conseguir más dinero del que pedíamos en un principio. Su compañero Oscar ha sido el que nos ha acompañado en la firma ante notario y también ha hecho un buen trabajo. Así que es una inmobiliaria totalmente recomendable y en la que confiar.

Negative experience: 0 profesionalidad. 0 transparencia. Están en el siglo XIX. No tienen ni idea , mal para vendedores , mal para compradores. No fiable. Sin seriedad, ni palabra.

Negative experience: 0% recomendable. He perdido 10.000 € del contrato de arras con Eurojaén por las falsas afirmaciones sobre el estado del piso en la calle Hurtado. Primero, expresé mis dudas durante la visita previa a la firma, ya que el espacio no coincidía con lo que recordaba de la primera visita. Me indicaron que debía ser consecuente con el viaje que había hecho el propietario desde Málaga, y eso me generó presión para firmar en ese momento. Ese viaje me ha costado 10.000 € Antes de firmar, pregunté por problemas de humedad. Me aseguraron verbalmente que estaban resueltos y me enviaron un audio de la propietaria en el que afirmaba que la vecina de arriba tenía seguro. Después de la firma, la propietaria no quiso seguir tratando el tema. Se ocultó el verdadero estado de las ventanas, y se dieron respuestas sin consultar a la propietaria, especialmente sobre el aire acondicionado, que figuraba en el contrato. La falta de claridad, transparencia y profesionalidad me hicieron perder totalmente la confianza. He presentado una queja en la Oficina Municipal de Consumo, aún sin respuesta. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria si buscas honestidad y acompañamiento real en la compra de una vivienda.

La vida está llena de senderos sinuosos con grandes y variados obstaculos, e inesperados vaivenes que todo ser ADULTO está obligado a cruzar, decidiendo su propio camino y sus inevitables consecuencias.
Señora Ortiz, después de lo vivido y con perdón, me atrevo a decir que usted vive en una vida paralela, sin consecuencia, donde una buena mentira puede ser una gran verdad, donde según antojo resuelve o condena.
Lamento despertarla si es en un sueño donde habita. No, señora, no es así; la vida, por suerte o por desgracia, se filtra en decisiones y esas decisiones tienen consecuencias que todos/as debemos de ASUMIR.
Usted vió en repetidas ocasiones, dos antes del contrato de compraventa, la vivienda. En la segunda decidió reservarla. Nunca debio hacerlo pero lo hizo. Después se visitó el inmueble hasta en cinco ocasiones con excusas varias. Un día era que no, otro qué tal vez, otro que si. Le facilité un banco donde le financiaba todo lo que necesitaba. Hemos estado con esta indecisión tres meses, al final decidió que no, excusas varias e irrisorias.
Usted no ez una niña ya, sino me equivoco casi 60 primaveras.
Nosotros hicimos todo y más para ayudarla, y lo sabe.
Se equivocó en el punto de mira, eligió al más debil, ya que poco podía (puede) hacer con la parte vendedora.
