Negative experience: Poor management on the part of the real estate agents. I understand they must be very busy after the holidays, but it is not normal at all that they don’t call you to let you know that the apartment is already sold. Just so you know, someone I know was told that a week ago, but I was given the appointment they intend to keep. If they back out or not, do they give the deposit from the other client? Are they still showing the apartment just in case? I don’t understand how this works. If it is already sold, please, what you need to do is remove the listing. Don’t waste our time, definitely poor management from the real estate agency. And thanks for calling to let me know that it’s sold (just so you know, I’ve been calling all morning to confirm the appointment, but they haven’t shown any sign of life).

Negative experience: A very bad experience. We had an appointment at 1 PM to see 2 apartments and they changed it to 4:30 PM, and by 4:45 PM no one had shown up. Their behavior is very unpresentable. I will not work with them again.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with them to see a house, called the day before to confirm the appointment, I arrived at the exact time of the appointment and after half an hour I left without hearing from anyone. They also scheduled us at the same time as other buyers, which I find very rude on their part.

Fantastic experience: Driven by the need to find an apartment for my parents outside the Community of Madrid, I decided to start contacting owners and agents to begin the in-person visits to the homes we had marked as favorites. Fortunately, one of my calls led me to Inmobiliaria Roizo. From the first contact, agent Belén showed me that with them, the matter was different. She started by asking me about my needs, what I was looking for, and what requirements in the apartments were relevant to us. She confirmed that not only could she show me the apartment I had called her about, but she could also arrange a route of visits that would allow me to see about 6 apartments in the same day, covering different areas that interested me. Notably, her professionalism; minutes later, the call ended with an appointment scheduled in my phone with date and time, as well as the location where we would meet to start the tour and the different places we would be visiting. What can I say about the attention during the visits to the apartments? First of all, the extreme punctuality. Belén was ready to receive me before the agreed time, and then each visit fulfilled the time exactly scheduled in our agenda. Then there's the professionalism and mastery of the real estate market in the area. During the visits we made, her advice, rather than that of a sales manager, was like that of a friend: she cared about meeting our preferences, spoke to us with utmost transparency about the condition of the apartments, the neighbors, the neighborhood, the connectivity to points of our interest, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Belén knows the area of Talavera de la Reina and the surrounding towns perfectly, and without hesitation, she shared information that clarified so much for us and allowed us to make the most informed decisions. Her approach gave us a lot of security and trust. What came next was even more surprising. Belén and her colleague Leticia advised us throughout the offer and processing of the sale. How to fill out the necessary documentation, how to prepare the checks, what aspects to consider in the sale conditions, what insurance to take, they put together our file and managed the appointment at the corresponding notary. Always attentive to answering our doubts and questions, and facilitating communication with the seller. On the day of the signing of the deed, I could not accompany my parents, and Belén kindly picked them up at the Talavera station and accompanied them throughout the process. She explained to them what they did not understand, conveyed calmness, and provided us with a step-by-step guide on all the procedures we had to carry out after the sale: how and where to pay the taxes, how to register in the property registry, how to hire the necessary public services (electricity, fiber, etc.). With great humanity, she paid attention to several details, not just as part of her job, but with the sincere concern of someone who works not for money, but for vocation. Moreover, even being foreigners, we felt respected and advised at all times without a drop of discrimination. I write this review not only to thank the exceptional treatment provided by the entire team at Inmobiliaria Roizo, led by Miriam; I also consider it vital for other people who, like us, may be overwhelmed by what the process of searching for a home represents, to know that there are still honest and human real estate professionals who make a difference with their management.

I have seen several properties already, and specifically two of them were shown to me by Elisabet, the attention was EXCELLENT at all times, with patience, resolving all our doubts, offering us various possibilities and even adapting to our schedules. When you sign the earnest money contract, you are supposed to agree with the price you sign, offers and the bank accepts, if you do not agree it is as simple as not signing. In any case, you have another option not to sign at the notary. I certainly trust them and if I eventually find what I am looking for, I have no doubt I will buy it with them. Negative experience: Shameless people, they list houses for sale at a price and when you go to visit, they tell you it's €10,000 more and we would have to pay it under the table, and that was for a house in Gerindote. Then we went to see another one in Rielves, and since they went to appraise it and everything, it turns out that the operation cannot go ahead because it doesn't have a habitability permit. On top of that, the owner got upset because we checked the mortgage with our trusted bank and not with the one she recommended (Caja Rural), which shows some sort of financial interest. After that, they show us other houses that might interest us... it's like a joke, really, as the only thing they have are hooks at a good price that later become unreachable, and then they try to sell you other less attractive houses that are real. Lack of professionalism, ethics, and humanity. We were attended by Eli, who seemed concerned, but I think they are all the same kind of harpies there.

Negative experience: Hello, I'll tell you my story with this real estate agency. I was looking for a residence for my health, I sold another property to be able to buy a home closer to nature. That's how I met ELI SANCEZ, who showed us a chalet that was up for bidding, but I didn't want a luxurious home, so I kept looking to find a house without a mortgage since I already had one. After some time, I saw a property in Escalona and wrote to ELI on June 19, but he didn't respond that day. Later, since I had his WhatsApp, he sent me a property in Playa Escalona for 45,500, and I went to see it. It was without windows, without cables, and surrounded by occupied houses. I said yes because I had no money. We gave our IDs to him and my husband, then he sent me the deposit contract with the amount of 49,000. As I reached an agreement with them, and it’s not true, we signed because now I am filing a complaint and I hope to submit the papers to the court. But be careful with this real estate agency, and never go with them. The notary said she didn't want me to say it, but you should check with the notary to see if it’s right or wrong. The notary read me something and kept changing it according to what Mrs. MIRIAM said. Moreover, she charged me double on the notary invoice. I reported this to the Notarial College of Castilla-La Mancha. I expect the invoice to collect the deed and later in court, MIRIA will explain why she discriminated against me since IDEALISTA was a witness. Never trust words; everything should be in writing. I was robbed 3,500 plus VAT, and to help the bank, not me, because I should pay ITP which is 9%. So be very careful; I’m going to let them know when everything ends because besides deceiving me, she discriminated against me, and I asked for damages. If it was the bank, then they should respond. So they are not so innocent; it’s all for their interests. I don’t know what it costs them to fulfill contracts; I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this as I did.

Negative experience: We were attended by Elisabeth and it was really bad. Besides, she didn't inform us whether they accepted the purchase offer (we had to ask ourselves after a month....) As if that weren't enough, she said that the apartment has been sold and that they don't accept the offer, but today they are showing it to other people, haha! It's unbelievable, what a lack of professionalism. She's a super cold, bland, and rude girl when talking, and on top of that, she shows the apartments to several buyers at the same time. If you mention that something is wrong with the apartment, she gives you a bad look..... Truly a terrible real estate agency.... I prefer others in Torrijos.

Negative experience: In summary, our experience with ROIZO was lamentable. We were attended by ELISA SANCHEZ. At first, we arrived at the place to see the property at the scheduled time and there was no one there...(she arrived late and wasn't even able to notify us) we had to delay the visit for a couple of hours. When we finally arrived for the second time at the house, she got out of the car talking on the phone about her personal life with some friend, not even having the courtesy to greet us. Finally, we entered the house, which she didn't even explain to us; she just stood there silently looking at the clock (she was in a hurry) and, to top it off, without finishing the tour of the place, this lady stepped outside and waited for us to come out. What a way to sell and gain clients? The real estate agency is not to blame for some incompetent workers. VERY BAD!

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad, ética y anuncios publicados extraña y raramente poco "fiables" Este pasado viernes llamamos yo y mi marido a un teléfono que indicaba el portal idealista para contactar con esta agencia inmobiliaria de esa zona de Torrijos, Barcience, en Toledo Tienen publicados varios anuncios de distintas parcelas, pero yo sólo estaba interesada en comprarme "1" Al principio de la conversación cogió la llamada mi marido y después estuvimos cordialmente hablando los minutos restantes, la comercial y yo. Todo iba bien, explicándome que esas 21 parcelas en un comienzo fueron un proyecto de urbanización, que ahora han quedado vandalizados, etc. Y quedamos que me llamaría para el lunes que viene (porque también quedó con otras personas para verlos) y yo le respondí "tengo que hablarlo con mi marido y si eso, te llamo yo o viceversa" Ayer fue lunes y me llamó (con un tono de acabar de hablar con algún inversor con dinero o algo) y me dijo con un tono de voz un poco "esquivo" "Mira, es que no vendemos de forma separada las 21 parcelas, si las queréis comprar, debéis comprarlas todas a la vez" me quedé atónita y bloqueada Por favor.. Esto no se hace: publicitar anuncios de inmuebles/terrenos que dan pie a que el cliente piense que se venden de forma separada. Esto se llama = "POCA ETICA PROFESIONAL + ANUNCIOS MAL PUBLICADOS + POCA SERIEDAD + EMPATÍA NULA CON EL PROJIMO" * Queremos, yo y mi marido, deciros a todos los que lleváis esta agencia "Roizo": Nosotros también tuvimos una agencia hace 2 años. En concreto en Segovia "Inmobiliaria Segovia" Y durante el tiempo que trabajamos como agentes/comerciales siempre dimos la información correcta y exacta sobre cada propiedad (inmueble y terreno) que llevábamos para: no dar pie a equívocos A todos los clientes que busquéis alguna propiedad por esa zona (no conozco las demás agencias) pero iros a otras porque en ésta en concreto, os van a proporcionar "DESCONFIANZA".
