Negative experience: Hello, we paid a deposit to R24 to secure an apartment on the condition that they would wait until the bank granted us the mortgage, as we met the requirements according to the bank. The bank let us down. R24 has kept the reservation money (€2500). We sent a burofax that cost us €19. The burofax has not been returned and they do not answer the phone or anything. I am a person with a disability and I have already thrown in the towel. To earn €2500 I have to work 3 months. I want to alert everyone about how R24 operates. They have no scruples and the person who spoke to me on WhatsApp had many spelling mistakes. As a trader, I give them a zero.

Negative experience: Beware of these shameless people, it took them 15 days to appraise a property and the appraisal is under another real estate agency's name, Engel & Volkers. We are seriously considering reporting both agencies for exchanging private data without any consent. Pure mafias. There is nothing that justifies your absolute lack of professionalism, the omission, entirely intentional on your part, regarding the LOPD, and the legal consequences this may entail for you. You are an absolute disgrace and dishonor to the sector. UPDATE (2) I inform you that E&V are aware of the identity theft committed by your agent, who boasts of negotiating personally with E&V the conditions of the operation and claims to improve them, always in the name of E&V. I assume you already know who it is, if you have any doubts, I will send you her credentials and the appraisal from this agent in the name of E&V.

Negative experience: The lack of professionalism and the little seriousness of certain people when it comes to doing their job correctly is what made me write. About three weeks ago, I inquired about an apartment at this real estate agency. Miquel was my agent. I was interested in the apartment and we agreed on the documentation to start signing the deposit. The agent (missing) did not give any response unless I insisted. In the end, after insisting, he asked me for my ID to start the process. Two days later, he sold the apartment to someone else without informing me of anything. That's what he told me when I contacted him again. I find his behavior regrettable, as he is the intermediary between the owners and the buyer, so he should generate trust and seriousness. He has undoubtedly sold the apartment for more value than the one he had committed to with me, but his word lacks any value whatsoever.

Negative experience: Very far from being a professional, the numbers were poorly done, the information about the house was incomplete, I mean, he didn't know anything about charges, problems. I invested almost 100,000 euros and the rental with an option to buy that Miquel couldn't manage, and the girl who moved my mortgage even brought him the papers to sign. Actions based on the accounts Miquel made. Today I still don't have the incasol documents since he also didn't manage that on time, and on top of that, they were supposed to refund me more money, and he tells me that what we signed is set in stone. Every day I write to remind him that I'm still waiting for a response, which he keeps delaying. Poor management, the agreements we reached with the previous family were completely unfulfilled, and he just limited himself to taking his commission and that's it. A shame... I don't know about the rest of the staff, but I do not recommend Miquel at all. Regarding the agency's response. That is a lie, and I can prove it whenever I want, the numbers were presented by my agency because Miquel said he didn't know and in no case did he take charge of the operation, the numbers were made based on the papers Miquel provided, then they were sent to him to review and compare with his rental income, there is evidence of everything about this, my mortgage agency went after him to request documents, and there was no way, and I can prove that too. Moreover, the operation has lasted a year and a half since it was a rental with an option to buy, the whole process is long, and therefore he has to deposit the incasol for me, having signed on October 31, today, November 27, he has not sent me the incasol papers to receive my money. Anyone with doubts, I can show them evidence, documents. Truthful and if there are doubts I have proof. And yes, regarding the incasol, he has to process it as it is his responsibility at the moment that I go from tenant to owner. I am very aware that the next process is the incasol. But look at the date and I still haven't signed.

Negative experience: No recomendable. Indican unas características de los inmuebles que no son reales, y ofrecen soluciones que luego no cumplen. Se vendió un piso con supuesto gas natural y una vez firmado el contrato de arras no había ni caldera ni instalación de calefacción, antes de firmar aseguraron hacerse cargo de toda la instalación que luego nunca se llevó a cabo.

Negative experience: Vaig llogar un pis amb ells perquè a la seva publicitat posava que avançaven 2 anys del lloguer als propietaris. Quan vam signar, tot allò va desaparéixer. Em vam portar un inquilí que desde el primer dia no ha fet cas al contracte i aquesta gent mai s'han mullat. L'última es que, ara que han de marxar, R24 em diuen que si no ho fan que agafi un advocat. Em sento molt abandonat perquè quan tornan la trucada (que això és un altre història) mai donen solució. Sembla que el seu client és l'inquilí però cobren cada mes al propietari

Fantastic experience: Hace poco alquilamos un piso con ellos, a nosotros quien nos atendió para el tema comercial, fue Daniela Almada, con quien tuvimos el placer de alquilar el piso. Su implicación e interés fue decisivo para conseguir los inquilinos que tenemos ahora, estamos muy contentos así como con Marta García, que nos llevó todo el tema burocrático, y estuvo pendiente de que tanto nosotros, como el inquilino no estuviéramos desatendidos. Seguro que si vuelvo a alquilar el piso, contaré de nuevo con este gran equipo, que forman Daniela y Marta de R24. Un abrazo amigas!!!

Negative experience: Mala gestión, incompetencia y se jugaba al gato,(cliente) y al raton( inmobiliario) desastre total.

Negative experience: He llamado 5 veces para poder concretar una visita a un piso... Supuestamente le pasarían mi número al conercial pero jamás me llamaron... Ni me llaman... La última vez que hable me atendió una mujer que me pidió los datos y ni siquiera me pregunto qué piso quería visitar. La verdad que una falta de respeto a un futuro cliente, no muestran interés para nada, siendo que no estoy pidiendo ningún favor, simplemente ver un piso, que tengo entendido que las inmobiliarias trabajan de eso... En fin.. cero profesionales.
