Negative experience: We are terribly disappointed with the treatment from a company with the wrongly assigned prestige of Remax. All of this is personified in their agent MARIFÉ RUBIO. Poor treatment, little empathy, lack of professional ethics, and widespread incompetence are some of the adjectives that have characterized our last interaction with this agent. She even took advantage of elderly people for her benefit without any regard, changing dates and prices while showing no respect for those of us who were her clients. Looking through the reviews, I see that we are not the first clients affected by this type of practice at this agency, and as long as Ms. Marifé continues to work there, I fear we will not be the last...

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism and seriousness. The rental prices posted on the website do not match what we are later told over the phone, amounts that surprisingly rise again when formalizing the contract. Regarding personal treatment, poor manners and lack of respect from Marifé Rubio.

Negative experience: Regrettable the service from what you believe will be a serious real estate agency, Ms. Marife has no qualms in disrespecting even the elderly, changes the prices as it suits her and takes no responsibility for anything, a rude person by the book, but beware, if you call the person in charge, they will say they can’t do anything (I still don’t know what they are responsible for, but I would swear it’s not for the real estate agency). If you want to ruin your vacation, this is your real estate agency. I applaud the lack of seriousness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: A little over a month ago, on the Pilar bridge, my wife and I went to the Playa de Vera and returned with a reservation for an apartment thanks to an extraordinary person like Pedro Carricondo. Patient, polite, knows how to behave, and a true PROFESSIONAL. Today I am writing this review because we already have our home and enjoy it thanks to his management. I can only say that you deserve those manchego gazpachos that I will make at my house. Mercedes and I do not consider you a real estate seller, as you are like a friend. I want to congratulate REMAX for having an agent like Marifé Rubio and especially thank her for her kind attention, professionalism, and for the number of tasks she resolved on my behalf, sometimes outside her duties just to avoid me having to travel and for her kindness towards her client. Fantastic experience: Very kind and offering solutions

Negative experience: I had an unfavorable experience with REMAX, particularly with the agent María Fe Rubio. During our first visit, we were attended to by Verónica, a attentive and friendly agent. However, when we recontacted months later, we dealt with María Fe, whose treatment was unpleasant and put obstacles for a new visit. Communication became complicated due to the shared management between both agents, which led to unnecessary pressures on deadlines. María Fe even attributed comments to the seller that were not true, risking the sale. This situation was only resolved when contacting the sellers directly, who were surprised by the pressure exerted since they were not in a hurry to sell. It seemed that the only important thing for María Fe was to collect her commission and meet her monthly goals. I was surprised that the real estate agency chose the notary instead of leaving it to the buyer. Moreover, María Fe insisted that we pay her commission directly during the transaction, something we opposed. In conclusion, I do not recommend this real estate agency due to the lack of transparency and unnecessary pressure during the buying process.

Negative experience: Hemos tenido una experiencia muy negativa con REMAX Vera Playa debido a la enorme falta de ética de su agente Marifé Rubio, quien puso en riesgo nuestra compra hasta en dos ocasiones, por priorizar y adelantar el cobro de sus comisiones, llegando incluso a mentirnos a las dos partes entre las que estaban mediando. Nos sentimos tratados como meras transacciones en lugar de valorados como personas y como clientes, por lo que no podemos recomendar esta inmobiliaria y aconsejaríamos evitar vender o comprar con ellos. Encima de esto, el cliente al que representaba, Alfonso López Sánchez, resultó tener la misma falta de ética que su agente y devolvió 3 recibos de la Comunidad justo después de obtener el certificado de estar al día. Ahora entendemos su complicidad, ya que tienen la misma catadura moral.

En 2019 y 2020 ya habíamos analizado muchas propiedades en Andalucía, ninguna de las cuales podría siquiera acercarse a cumplir con nuestros requisitos. Luego conocimos a Marie Fe Rubio en octubre de 2021!! ¡Escuchó atentamente nuestros deseos y nos mostró la casa perfecta en nuestra primera visita! No podíamos creerlo, nuestra primera casa en nuestra lista, ¡pero este era nuestro hogar! Marie Fe explicó con mucha paciencia, claridad y comprensión el próximo proceso de compra y se comprometió a acompañarnos durante todo el proceso. Una gran promesa que se hizo realidad en todos los sentidos!! Nos acompañó al banco, a la notaría y, de paso, nos dio consejos muy valiosos y útiles. Hizo citas en muy poco tiempo. Sus traducciones en diferentes situaciones siempre han sido de gran ayuda ya que lamentablemente aún no hablamos español. Nos informó de todos los eventos y siempre puso a nuestra disposición los documentos relevantes de inmediato. No hubo momento de incertidumbre, ¡sentimos que estábamos en las mejores manos desde el primer momento! Negative experience: Very disappointing rental service. Avoid this agency and especially Maria Jesus Ruiz, who does not speak a word in English. Arranged for us only one (1) renter during the whole summer and we had to pay for sheets that “disapeared” from our apartment. When I politely asked for “parte de viajeros” (forms required by law to be signed by every renter >16y old and be kept for 3 years by owner), it came out that she did not have it and instead of apology, she started to be very rude, unpleasant, angrily raising her voice...
