Ayudando en todo tipo de propuestas y problemas que fueron surgiendo hasta concluir en la venta final de todo. Gracias a tí Miguel Ángel mi vivienda se ha vendido.

My grandmother, with a very small pension, has been affected by the retention of 1,000 euros with no solution in sight. The real estate agent, Jesús, has deceived us and has not provided the necessary information, while Francisco, the financial director of the Bormujos office, has shown a lack of professionalism and seriousness in his attention. The lack of communication and responsibility among the employees is unacceptable. I hope measures are taken to resolve this situation urgently.

Ani is a professional like no other, attentive, friendly, patient, helpful, and a great person. Negative experience: For me, they are not professionals. To find out something, I have to call, and on top of that, they don't answer, they don't look for solutions, and they leave much to be desired. It was a bad experience, to be honest.

Negative experience: We called to inquire about an apartment and they told us they would call us to confirm the appointment today at 5:30 PM, and they haven't even bothered to answer the phone, I guess they don't feel like working.

Negative experience: To all of you who excitedly try to contact 'PROFESSIONALS' to attempt to buy a home. On February 26, I sent 2000 euros to make a firm offer on a property advertised by this company, as everyone states that the money is subject to financing and is protected at all times, and that the refund will be complete in case the seller backs out or if financing is not obtained from the bank. On March 14, we signed the reservation contract and I handed over an additional 9000€. After a month with very little information from Credit Home, where you have to keep calling, by the way, my sales representative is also Fran, who always reassures me with kind words saying not to worry because in my case of no financing, the money will be refunded to my account. After many days of being passed around and losing my patience, unable to sleep well and having many thoughts, on Friday, May 3, I received the refund of the reservation contract 9000€. I continue to claim my other 2000€ and Fran keeps saying they have never kept anyone's money and not to worry, but that everything is in the hands of the company's management. My partner and I keep calling both Fran and the headquarters and receive no concrete information. On May 6, Fran continues to say there’s no problem and the money will be refunded, but at the headquarters, the lady who answers the phone tells my partner that the management has said that this money WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and they will keep it as fees for the management. Now, disappointed and feeling foolish for having believed people who always make you think your money is safe, I have to wait for justice and with all the WhatsApp messages and contracts with this company, I may or may not have access to my money that I supposedly could have if the bank denied me financing. If anyone is interested in knowing the contract model with this company or wants to talk to me so that if they are going to try to buy with them and have doubts about whether the bank will finance them, I will be happy to help them so they are not taken for a ride. Now to wait for this company's response to this review, that they say this isn't the way, blah blah blah, but through the calls and speaking with the person in charge who ordered not to return my money to date, that has not been possible. I hope my experience so far helps you, and if I have updates on my money or my case from Credit Home, I will keep updating.

Negative experience: My relative was asked for some money, which they handed over, trusting that it would be in good hands. It's been a while now, and they still haven't returned €2000 and aren't saying anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Negative experience: I don't give fewer stars because I can't. I contacted Fran to buy an apartment, and he filled my head with words saying that he could secure the apartment and that he handles many mortgages monthly at the bank and that he has a lot of experience. When the time came, he asked me to make two payments to reserve the apartment and negotiate with the owners, claiming that my money would be protected and that they would return it to me. I decided not to proceed and to back out because I saw no progress. I had €7,000 paid, which I requested to be refunded because I was told at all times that I would get that money back if I decided to back out. As of today, 07/02/24, I am still waiting for them to return €2,000, and no one is providing me with any solutions. Six months have already passed since I requested my refund, and nothing has happened. I just want to get back what belongs to me, and no one should keep what is not theirs. IT'S A SCAM.

Negative experience: Son unos estafadores, en el anuncio cuelgan fotos de una casa y luego al ir a verla, la casa es totalmente diferente, es que ni se parece, vaya. Un piso totalmente desastroso, con los muebles que se caían a cachos y un sofá roto y mugriento que ni siquiera te dejan cambiar. En los enchufes han cambiado el embellecedor pero lo de dentro está destrozado, yo no enchufaría nada ahí. Un cuchitril a medio reformar que quieren quitarse rápido para meterle la menor inversión posible, vaya. ¿Y te alquilan ese despropósito por 500€? Me daría vergüenza ser tan buitre. *El piso en concreto es el que ofertan en Valdelarco, para que nadie más pierda su tiempo con esta gente*

Negative experience: Nosotros hemos realizado una operación de compra de un piso en Tomares con esta inmobiliaria. Durante el proceso se mostraron cercanos y disponibles. Una vez firmada la operación surgió un problema del qué no han querido hacerse cargo evitando responsabilidades y no ofreciendo ninguna solución. Nosotros contactamos con un comercial llamado Francisco por un anuncio en Idealista en el que se anunciaba un piso con electrodomésticos en la cocina. En varias ocasiones le preguntamos si todo lo que veíamos en el piso se incluía en el precio de venta asegurándonos que así era. La sorpresa vino cuando a la entrega de llaves nos dimos cuenta que faltaba el frigorífico americano. El propietario entre la firma de la operación y la entrega de las llaves, sacó el frigorífico del piso sin informar ni a la inmobiliaria (supuestamente) ni al futuro propietario. Puesto en conocimiento está situación a Francisco y a su jefe, empezaron a darnos largas y en ningún momento se han querido hacer responsables, por lo que hemos decidido poner una denuncia formal. No recomendamos hacer negocios con esta inmobiliaria.
