Fantastic experience: Menos mal que todavía quedan personas humanas y profesionales de la vieja escuela y saben como cumplir su cometido. Después de recorrer varias inmobiliarias que sólo era unos numeros sin ninguna intención de cumplir con mis necesidades, más bien las suyas propias, es decir dinero, comisiones, etc... Llegué hasta esta mobiliaria. Hace años que los conozco y siempre que he solicitado sus servicios han cumplido mis objetivos con creces..rapidez y eficacia junto con su cercanía y profesionalidad. Cactan enseguida lo que estas buscando. No te tienes que molestar en nada, ellos se encargan de todo, ya sea venta,alquiler o asesoramiento,sin ningún interés que no sea el meramente cumplir con tus objetivos. Demostrado al cien por cien su profesionalidad, y no es fácil en los tiempos que corremos encontrarte con personas tan humanas y cercanas como José María y Monica. Nunca he conocido personas más serviciales para cualquier problema, sea la hora que sea hay están hasta resolverlo! Gracias por estar siempre cuando se os necesita, seguir con ese saber estar y profesionalidad. Hay pocos como vosotros. Formais un buen equipo!!!

Negative experience: No he llegado a alquilar ninguna propiedad, el trato no ha sido malo pero no se si por los propietarios de los pisos o que, siento que te dan cualquier excusa para no alquilarte la propiedad si no les gustas como inquilino, te piden documentos que no son obligatorios entregar sin decirte porque. Si no tienes experiencia buscando pisos... vete a otro sitio.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it! They charged money for cleaning, even though when we entered the apartment there was a lot of dirt, dust, and black hair. All the sheets smelled terrible, the windows were moldy. I cleaned the apartment, washed the dishes, washed all the towels and bed linens, washed the curtains, tidied up the apartment, but they dared to charge 100!!!! EUR for cleaning. If you want to feel like a fool, get in touch with this company.

Negative experience: Terribly. We arrived at a very dirty apartment, we didn't complain to the agency and cleaned everything ourselves. In the end, we left a perfectly clean apartment, but they didn't return the 100 euros deposit, saying they would spend it on cleaning. A month later, they sent a bill calculating each hour of cleaning. They counted up to 10 hours! even though again, the apartment was perfectly clean, in much better condition than when we moved in, so the cleaning definitely could not have taken 10 hours. I do not recommend this agency!

Negative experience: Hemos sido arrendatarios de una vivienda con esta inmobiliaria y quisiera saber si al finalizar el contrato a algun arrendatario le han descontado de su fianza el importe de una empresa de limpieza contratada por la inmobiliaria y si le han facilitado factura.

Negative experience: Harto de que cobren a inquilinos por alquilar o comprar una vivienda, que se lo cobren al que contrató sus servicios (arrendador).

Negative experience: Son unos estafadores
