Fantastic experience: Wir haben Finca gekauft über Litteras. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr gut und seriös betreut in deutscher Sprache von Yvonne, die sehr kompetent ist. Bank, Behörden und sogar Versicherungen usw. wurde für uns von Litteras bzw. Yvonne abgenommen oder erledigt. Auch nach dem Verkauf wurden wir weiterhin in allen Fragen beraten. Wir können diese Firma nur empfehlen. So kann man auch ohne spanischkenntnise eine Immobilie kaufen. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Fantastic experience: Serious, solutions-oriented real estate agency in Inca. After being in quite a desperate situation regarding the search for a home, I got in touch with this agency based on a friend's recommendation. It was undoubtedly a great decision! They took my needs into account and within just 3 days, they offered me a beautiful home that exceeded all my expectations. The 3 girls are fantastic, and I'm especially grateful to Ana, who took care of everything, providing great ease in the treatment and the signing of the contract. I really couldn't be more thankful! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: A very unreliable company. They force you to make a written offer by depositing 1% of that offer into their bank account as a commitment to comply. After a long negotiation, having reached an agreement on the price via WhatsApp, a week later they unilaterally change the price, raising it and the delivery time. DISAPPOINTING the sales agent and the real estate agency.

Fantastic experience: We bought an apartment through them and it has all been wonderful, quick management and incredible attention, Marga assisted us throughout the process and she is very attentive, very friendly, and it's clear that she loves her job, she always answered all our questions and was very patient, we are delighted!

Darauf hin nahm Yvonne Kontakt mit mir auf. Sie fragte nach meinen Wunschvorstellungen. Anschließend wurden mir mehrere Objekte vorgestellt. Und was soll ich sagen...Sie hat mir meine Traumwohnung gezeigt. Ich kann diese Immobilienfirma (fragt nach Yvonne) nur empfehlen. Ich fühlte mich die ganze Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben.
