Fantastic experience: Very good experience with Marisa, good treatment, friendly and close to the customer.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been very negative. They made us put down a deposit of €3,250, assuring us that the mortgage approval was 100% guaranteed. However, the bank rejected the application and now we find ourselves unable to recover our money. I believe they took advantage of our trust, especially at a time when access to housing is so difficult. It is regrettable that they play with people's money in this way. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Ein Hauskauf ist in den besten Fällen eine Herzensangelegenheit und so wünscht man sich einen Makler der auch mit Herz an die Sache herantritt. Und dann natürlich auch mit Können. Dabei ist jede Geschäftsbeziehung immer so gut wie man sie macht. Hauptsache ist, dass die "Chemie" stimmt. Wir haben über Gestpropiedad unser geliebtes Haus gefunden, dass wir durch Joanna wirklich "ans Herz" gelegt bekommen haben. Rosa hat immer wieder zauberhaft unterstützt. Es war sprachlich nicht immer für beide Parteien ganz einfach. Wir hatten dann aber einen mallorquinischen Anwalt dazu geholt, damit keine Missverständnisse entstehen.
