Negative experience: We went to see a house. Javier showed us the house and kept asking us absurd and meaningless questions. The truth is we really liked the house and we communicated this to the agents. They told us to submit the contracts, pay slips, etc... and that they would get back to us in two days. Two weeks have passed and we still have no response, and I find it shameful that they play with people's time like this. Thanks to their lack of response, we have already found a much better apartment. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: Shameful, it has been weeks since I handed over the keys to the apartment I had rented and I am still waiting to get back the 2-month deposit I paid at the time.. Continuous mocking, they lie more than they blink.. OUTRAGEOUS.. and I left the apartment in excellent conditions, greatly improved from how they rented it to me!!

Negative experience: Beware! They sell apartments with aluminum corrosion that they do not disclose in the app listings or in the contracts (this is illegal). When a sale is canceled, they continue to list the same apartments without mentioning the aluminum corrosion. Watch out for apartments in the La Gavarra area, Cornellà de Llobregat.

Negative experience: Watch out for them, when you leave the rented apartment, they repair what they claim has 'deteriorated' and end up keeping the whole deposit. They have no shame.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because I can't give 0. When I left the rental apartment, the landlord tried to keep more than half of the deposit to renovate his apartment with my money, and I did NOT receive support from the real estate agency, who always sided with the landlord and justified some 'damages' that I hadn’t caused. They tried to convince me that it was a lawsuit and that it could take a long time for me to get my money back, saying it was better to leave it as is. But I preferred to lose my money than to let them get away with it! I hired a lawyer, and the Judge stated that I was right, and they had to fully refund my money. Terrible experience with them.

Negative experience: No se hacen cargo de las obligaciones que tienen con el inquilino. Ni si quiera de responder. Después de insistir por email y whatsapp, han pasado dos meses y no responden. Interesa simplemente la venta y firma del contrato de alquiler y se desentienden.

Fantastic experience: Encantada con ellos. Hace 15 años que alquilo con ellos mi piso, y estoy encantada, tanto con Javier como con Carla. Muy profesionales y ningún problema. Te lo resuelven todo.

Negative experience: Experiencia decepcionante como Inquilina. Te piden agilidad y primor al proporcionarles todo lo que te piden y adaptarte a sus horarios cuando por su parte, no hay ningún decoro en el trato al inquilino. Imagino que con los propietarios el trato es de otro tipo...
