Negative experience: They are simply liars. I called about a rental apartment and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. In the afternoon, they called me to say that the owner didn't know what to do, whether to sell or rent. They told me they would let me know the next day since they were meeting with him. In the end, they took it off the listing, didn't tell me anything, and today I found out from a friend of the owner that they had already rented it to someone else. They should have just told the truth and not waste my time.
