Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment for 2 for a weekend. Despite our delay upon arrival, the agency managed to adapt to return the keys to us. Everything was explained to us by video so we could retrieve the keys after the agency closed. No surprises with the rental, the description on the site was as it was in reality. For the return, no issues, we handed the keys back to the agency and were able to chat with a very nice hostess. We plan to go through this agency again. Staff that speaks French. I recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everything was simply perfect, just as they said. The girls in the office were very kind and they resolve any doubts you have. If there is a problem with the property, they take care of it quickly. As for the deposit, they returned it in the time they told us. We are truly very happy and had no issues. We will definitely come back, 100% recommendable.

Negative experience: With J&V IMMO we were and we will not recommend it to anyone, these people are, to say the least, of the worst kind. We had a very unpleasant experience this summer, the property was filthy beyond belief, and you have to be very careful financially because they scam you right in the face, and they are not pleasant at all.

Negative experience: We rented an apartment that seemed to be a nice and clean place. It turned out to be dirty and neglected, everything was making noises. Besides that, they charge you for the sheets €10 per person, and this is not mentioned anywhere when making the reservation, as well as the fact that you have to pay a deposit of €350 which is not returned until after 10 days. It is very isolated and stuffy. The key handover is at ridiculous hours: check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM. Apart from the terrible service, it is simply shameful.

Negative experience: Very bad!!! Terrible service, the apartment was awful, we couldn't even grab a plate, it was disgusting, everything was messy. We asked for our money back and they refused. Look at the fine print, there aren't even sheets and you have to pay a deposit of 350 just for one night that they return in 10 days, not 7. I can't give less because otherwise I would. It was a family day and they made it a nightmare for us.

Negative experience: Location of a house with a pool for 15 people. Upon our arrival, there was no griddle as stated in the advertisement and an electric barbecue that nearly caught fire due to the excess grease. Difficult to cook for 15 when we arrive with our groceries to enjoy the barbecues and griddle. A cleaning (which we paid €250) that leaves much to be desired. Cigarette butts in the flower pots, trash on the terrace by the pool, and a multitude of dead gnats in the studio downstairs. The kitchen terrace was full of water that we had to bail out with a broom because there was no squeegee available. In short, an hour of cleaning upon our arrival to make everything usable. We will not return to this house, and after requesting a discount for the cleaning, we were offered to send someone once we had done everything ourselves. Big disappointment. For a service of a non-negligible price.

Fantastic experience: Great stay spent with family with a view of the port, charming and practical apartment, well equipped with a super large terrace. I highly recommend this rental for a pleasant stay.

Fantastic experience: Apartment with all the comforts, I would say luxury, and a very enjoyable terrace garden. Location: just off the beaten path, but 5 minutes on foot from the sea and 20 minutes from the center. Roses is lovely, beautiful coves nearby, but check the schedule for going to the marine park. Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment with a pool in Empuriabrava, and to be honest, we were very comfortable. The apartment was perfect and in a quiet area, which is what we were looking for. Being able to bring the dog helped a lot, and there were wonderful views from the pool terrace. We will definitely come back.

After booking paying for and receiving confirmation of the booking and instructions for collecting keys for an apartment, we arrived last night with 2 children to be told they had 'no accommodation, it is cancelled'. We had nowhere to stay. Do not use this company for anything.

Negative experience: Villa at 3000 euros a week... I can't believe it. Cleaning was not done. The pillows were damp. The mosquito net was cut with a knife. The closet was damp and decomposing due to humidity. Invasions of ants upon our arrival... The agency offered me 200 euros in compensation, the cost of the cleaning that was not done. I had to buy cushions, a dishcloth... etc. I strongly advise against this agency that treats you like tourists despite our 3 visits to their agency.

Negative experience: I don't give them fewer stars because I can't. They play at overbooking their apartments and after making your holiday reservation with everything booked (plane tickets, rental car, activities in the area, etc.), they tell you that you have to cancel it (they don't cancel it themselves because they are charged) because there have been date issues with your reservation. The shameless ones contact you to offer you apartments far below the quality of the one you had reserved, thus sneaking in apartments that don't even rent out if they were given away. So, in 2 seconds, you are left without the vacation you had already organized. It's a shame... I am not surprised by any of the other reviews I read.

Fantastic experience: Whenever we come to Roses, we rent apartments from this real estate agency. They provide excellent and personalized service since we travel with a dog, and they offer a wide range of apartments that accept pets. Their recommendations to try the local cuisine are always a 10.

Negative experience: Très mauvaise agence ! A fuire ! Nous avons dû les relancer à plusieurs reprises pour avoir le remboursement de notre caution qui aurait dû se faire sous 7 jours d'après le contrat... nous ça fait plus d'un mois mauvaise gestion malhonnête. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce genre de problème.!!!

Negative experience: son pequeños y sobretodo Están muy muy sucios.cuando entramos tuve que fregarlo todo desde el lavabo hasta el microondas todo pegado y lleno de aceite y la campana de la cocina me da asco contarlo estáva para tirarla abajo de la grasa que tenía para hacer de comer no lo aconsejo.habia comida y cosas de los inquilinos anteriores y las hormigas te comen está minado.

Negative experience: Una experiencia lamentable que espero no repetir en la vida. De entrada contratamos un apartamento para cinco personas, cuatro adultos y un niño, y el sitio era minúsculo con dos habitaciones enanas que nada tenía que ver con las fotos publicadas en la agencia. El apartamento tenia el agua precintada por falta de pago. Increíble que te cobren 60 euros por la limpieza final y además de la mugre que había ni siquiera se molestan en comprobar lo bàsico. Nos cambian a otro apartamento que tenias que pasar por una habitación para acceder a la otra. Por las fotos que publico no haría falta ningún comentario más, pero es que además de ser un criadero de babosas por la humedad que hay , debido a la falta de mantenimiento, hemos tenido que tirar toda la ropa de cama y baño que nos llevamospor suerte, además de los pijamas y alguna otra prenda porque me ha resultado imposible quitar esa olor a humedad y podredumbre y llevan tres lavados. Con decir que nos podíamos quedar hasta el domingo a las siete de la tarde y nos fuimos a las seis de la mañana porque no aguantábamos más el estar allí. En fin más de un año esperando reunir a la familia que andamos todos repartidos por el mundo y esto és lo que nos encontramos. Eso sí los 60 euros de la limpieza final los hemos tenido que pagar. Pobre de los próximos a los que les toque alojarse allí porque está claro que esos 60 euros en limpieza no los emplean seguro.

Positive experience: L'apartament molt correcte i bastant nou. L'atenció a l'oficina de Roses va ser amable. L'únic inconvenient és haver de recollir i portar les claus a Roses des d'Empuriabrava

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio, alquilamos un piso por airbnb unos días y me gustaría dejar algunas advertencias: -No hay servicio de sabanas, si las quieres cuestan 10€ (POR PERSONA) y son sabanas de muy baja calidad. -Te cobran servicio de limpieza pero luego debes dejar el piso limpio o te cobraran una fianza de 250€ (Ten en cuenta llevar jabón y utensilios para limpiar ya que lo que te dan es muy poco para poder limpiar). -No incluyen elementos esenciales como jabón ni jabón de vajillas. -Antes de llegar el lugar no esta limpio, probablemente porque anteriores residentes se llevan la misma sorpresa que uno. -Debes pagar por cada mascota que quieras llevar. -Los colchones y almohadas son bastantes malos, por lo que te podría doler el cuello y la espalda.

Matelas tâchés Lave vaisselle qui tombe en panne Douches bouchees à cause de cheveux Transat cassé De plus l hôte qui s appelle Vanessa propose son bien qui est le sien personnellement (proprete=un vrai taudit, en période de covid ce n'est vraiment pas rassurant surtout qu on facture le menage: c est un scandale) sur airbnb, une plate-forme sur laquelle je n avais jamais été déçue auparavant C est une honte à fuir absolument si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances Une pure escroquerie
