Negative experience: Muy decepcionada con el servicio. Recomiendo contratar a parte una inspección de vivienda, para que evaluéis la casa por vuestra cuenta antes de comprar y asegurarse de que no hay sorpresas. También sería interesante hablar con un gestor bien informado sobre las ventajas tributarias para evitar que podáis dejar pasar alguna ayuda si no os informan aquí, como fue mi caso. No cumplió con mis expectativas a pesar de los honorarios, altos en mi opinión, por lo que no puedo recomendarlo.

When it rains, there are leaks and a smell of dampness in the house. Paying for a furnished house when it has four old and worn-out pieces of furniture, this is your real estate agency. Don’t think it’s cheap, it’s not.
