Negative experience: I recount this horrible experience with this third-rate real estate agency, if I can call it that. They sold me a storage room six months ago, and right at the time of the sale, they tried to handle the procedures illegally since they wanted to appraise the property at a lower value than it had. When I refused, they told me that the goal was for the owner to pay fewer taxes. Finally, I told them that I was a legal person and that I wanted everything done legally. A month after moving my things into the storage room, I started to see that everything was full of moisture, and I had to throw away numerous objects of great personal value. I contacted the real estate agency, which washes its hands of the issue and tells me to contact the former owner without even informing me that I had the right to claim a repair or even a refund for having a property with hidden defects. On top of all this, they waste my time since the time limit for claims on a second-hand property is six months. They give my phone number directly to the owner (a conversation I won't even mention) and continue to wash their hands of the issue. Run away quickly if you see anything managed by Redpiso real estate agency.

Negative experience: They promised to help us next week. We are still waiting, they took all our information and did not call us. We were supposed to be first on the waiting list to buy a home.
