Negative experience: I called to inquire about a property that was for rent. A woman answered, I don't know her name. But she attended to me dismissively. If the phone service is like this, I can't even imagine how it will be in person. I don't want to defame the real estate agency, but rather to complain about the poor service from one of their employees.
