Negative experience: ATTENTION ALL BUYERS, I am a girl from Barcelona who traveled to Medina del Campo, Valladolid, on September 14 to visit a property with Mrs. M. After finding everything correct, I made an offer in which they asked me for 500 euros and the signing of a contract to formalize the property offer as a reservation. After several days of negotiation, an agreement on the price was reached with the owners and I was told that they would prepare the earnest money contract. At the bank, I was told that my mortgage was approved and that they needed the simple note of the property. I requested it twice, and after almost a week that they were supposedly preparing the earnest money, I asked about the simple note and was told that the apartment was not for sale, that they were renewing the tenants' contract despite having agreed that they would leave this month, LIE. The property is still for sale online. They returned my money, but it seems like a complete scam to me. They have no word, principles, or values. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. BE VERY CAREFUL.
