Negative experience: If I were you, I would stay away from this real estate agency. I was a tenant in one of their apartments until a week ago, and the truth is that they do not respond to emails, and even though I spoke with the manager in person to inform him that I was leaving, he never contacted me (as he said he would) to manage the exit from the apartment and return the deposit. I don't know if I will receive the deposit since they are completely ignoring me. Not to mention that when I moved into the apartment, he wanted to charge me fees that he didn't mention during the visit, nor in the emails before signing the contract, and that weren't even in the contract I signed. The day I went to pick up the key, he asked to charge this under the table and subtly threatened to break the contract that I had just signed if I didn't do it. In the end, he didn't charge it for obvious reasons. Stay away from this real estate agency.

Negative experience: I arranged a visit to an apartment with this company. Firstly, the person who was supposed to show us the apartment arrived late and was very rude. Clearly, they were very unwilling to show us the apartment. We also had a very long phone call beforehand where we were constantly told that this place was too expensive for our jobs (it wasn't). We were also judged for our age (25) with constant talks about how there shouldn't be parties on this terrace that we couldn't even access, when we just asked if it was accessible. Overall, a very strange experience.

Fantastic experience: Very good real estate agency, they advise you very well and you can relax, plus they offer good properties, they don't deceive you with the conditions like other real estate agencies. I recommend it if you are looking for a good home.

Negative experience: Trato pesimo, te recogen información (nóminas, contrato,...) y te deajan 4-5 dias esperando hasta que reciban honorarios y pagos por otros, aun sabiendo que no te van a alquilar el piso. Una auténtica vergüenza.

Negative experience: Me tuvieron 4 días esperando para decir: "con la documentación aportada, al propietario no le interesa". La documentación para alquilar se la tuve que mandar por correo electrónico, no la quiso coger en mano. Quedamos en una contestación al día siguiente, que era viernes, pero hasta el lunes a las 17:11 horas, no me comunicaron por e-mail lo anterior. 4 días. El viernes por la tarde les llamé, pues habían quedado en una contestación al día siguiente, y una chica me dijo que es que ese día le habían remitido al propietario documentación de más gente, o sea que es hasta probable que se lo alquilaran a otro. Noté cierto pasotismo. Menos mal que arreglé el problema con otra inmobiliaria.
