Fantastic experience: Compré una casa con ellos y me negociaron el precio con la entidad y la verdad muy contentos porque me consiguieron una rebaja del precio importante y lo mejor es que me lo hicieron sin cobrarme nada por ello. Si tengo que vender algo recurriré a ellos.

Negative experience: DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. I want to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service received from the real estate agent, Remigio, during my property purchase process. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning of our interactions, I experienced a total lack of interest from Remigio, who did not show the expected level of professionalism. It was very difficult for us to contact him from the very start. During the visit, his professionalism left much to be desired, as we were only able to get some information about the property thanks to the owners who were present. Despite having clearly expressed my interest in the property on the day of the visit and having made a request for information, we did not receive a response. After the visit on a Thursday, we managed to get in touch with the owner on Monday, who informed us that the property was reserved after I had the visit. As a result of this lack of attention and the total lack of follow-up from the agent, I have unfortunately lost the opportunity to access the property I was interested in, which I find unacceptable. I believe that in this job, kindness and ease of access for the client should be provided given the high percentage they are paid, and I received none of that in my experience.

He llamado para preguntar por un inmueble y me ha atendido al teléfono un señor bajo mi consideración muy poco agradable y con una desgana increíble, ni se ha despedido al terminar la conversación. Llevo meses buscando casa para comprar desde luego mi indignación ha sido tal, que he decidido hacer esta reseña .
