Negative experience: I would like to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my father received during a recent phone call. Not only was the call cut off before he could ask all his questions about the house, but we also felt that he was not given the attention and respect he deserves as a customer. It is a pity that people like you hold a position that requires attention, courtesy, and respect towards those seeking guidance and help. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. I hope measures are taken to improve the quality of service you provide and to prevent situations like this from happening again.
I understand your displeasure and the fact that the communication was cut off, as the high volume of calls has technically worked against us. However, your father was informed that he could not proceed with the rental, as a fixed salary much higher than stated in the ad is required, and therefore he would need rent default insurance as a guarantee. Rest assured that we work day by day to improve our service, but we cannot work miracles with rentals.
