Negative experience: Real estate agency not advisable. I had to call 3 times to see a house, and they always told me that the agent would get in touch with me. Finally, on the third time, the long-awaited call came. On the day of the visit, we agreed to meet at 10:45 with the agent Katya, who must think that only her time is important. She called us at 10:56 saying that she got caught up in the office but that she was on her way, and would take 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, no one showed up and we left. If they are so casual about showing a house, I don't even want to think about how they would handle more important matters.
