Negative experience: Pésima gestión y comunicación, contactamos con ellos por qué teníamos interés en una vivienda para verla, quedamos en que nos llamaría un día para concretar una cita, nos tiramos esperando 2 semanas a que nos llamara y sin cogernos el teléfono, nos colgaba directamente, cuando conseguimos localizarlo nos dice algo que no era lo que acordamos, aún así quedamos con el agente para ver la vivienda y cuando llega el día y la hora, al ver que no daba señales de vida lo volvimos a llamar, me coge el teléfono y al decirle quien soy nos cuelga y no hemos vuelto a saber nada de él.

Irene, en primer lugar no la conozco de nada, en segundo lugar, jamás dejamos colgado a ningún cliente, a no ser por fuerza mayor, pero siempre avisando, bien vía e-mail o telefónica, nosotros tendremos fallos como todo el mundo, pero le puedo asegurar que ese no entra en nuestra política de negocio. Espero reflexione sobre si comentario y rectifique, ya que es de muy mal gusto comentar algo así de un negocio sin ni siquiera conocernos.. Que tenga un buen día.
