Negative experience: I give it one star because I can't give it less. Our experience was very bad. I called to inquire about a house, believing it was a private sale, and when we arrived at the house, we saw that it was from the real estate agency. Out of courtesy, we viewed the property. I think Maria José could have informed us before showing the house about the cost the agency charged for this. When we were about to leave, she told me I had to sign a paper for her to justify her work, and after I signed it, she told me the percentage the agency took (my mistake for not reading it at the moment). In my opinion, she wasn't clear with me. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I called and they don't answer.. They haven't called me back.. Worse for them.
