Negative experience: One of the worst real estate agencies I've ever encountered, not professional at all. To sign a contract, they paint everything in bright colors, but they make everything difficult at the beginning if you are FOREIGN!!! I've had the worst experience of my life with them. After signing the contract, they didn't respond to any of the issues I complained about, and when it was time to leave that apartment, it was a nightmare! They kept me going back and forth for a whole month, coming up with three different excuses so that my deposit wouldn't be returned. They said that it wouldn't be returned until I provided the electricity bills (having my account and everything in my name), that there were 30 days of notice knowing that this is a void and totally illegal clause, and finally, the excuse of a broken door handle and a lid of a Wareen that broke the first week I moved in and I informed them, but no one sent anyone to fix it. Even if they repaired it, it wouldn't have cost even €100. To add to all this, WHEN I LEFT THE APARTMENT ON JUNE 1, 2024, THEY DID NOT CANCEL THE ELECTRICITY AND WATER SUPPLIES UNTIL TWO WEEKS LATER, WHEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ENDESA ABOUT CHANGING CONDITIONS IN MY CONTRACT. I canceled it, and when they found out, they called and reinstated it under my name AGAIN (COMPLETELY REPORTABLE TO CALL AND PASS UNDER SOMEONE'S NAME). I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE STAFF WHO WORKED THERE THREATENING ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL €1500 TO CANCEL IT, AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE, AND A LITTLE WHILE LATER, I RECEIVE A CALL FROM ENDESA TO CONFIRM THE REQUEST, WHERE THEY CONFIRMED THE DATE AND TIME OF THE CALL, AND I RECEIVED A JUSTIFICATION IN MY EMAIL FROM SOMEONE WHO TRIED TO REINSTATE IN OUR NAME, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE THEM BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME ON WHATSAPP... all in all, a catastrophe of a real estate agency and staff, starting with Monica upwards!! NOT RECOMMENDED.
