Negative experience: After selling my parents' apartment with this agency, I cannot overlook the lack of clarity in Andrés' management. With his well-rehearsed arguments, he leads you to his ground to extract as much benefit as he can. When he had to lower the selling price, instead of charging me the full amount of his commission, he charged it to the buyer, telling her that I wanted that money separately, which is a lie. This way, no one can hold him accountable since he has done it in a way that cannot be proven. Furthermore, charging the buyer separately for what it cost her to buy, and then giving him a commission for it. If the agency's policy is this, I just want to convey to them to inform themselves properly and ensure their monetary transactions are backed by documents that can be justified if needed.
