Negative experience: 20 minutes late without notice, they don't answer the phone, they schedule several of us at the same time to see the apartment, and after asking them several times if there was anything important I needed to know before traveling and wasting my time, they say no, and when I arrive, the first thing they tell me is that to have a housing license, it needs to be renovated. I had specified that I was looking for something to move into. The lack of professionalism is an understatement to describe this service.

Negative experience: Personally, I think I was unlucky, maybe it was the tenants' fault, but the experience was still terrible. I was interested in an apartment and they asked me when I could see it; I told them my available hours, which matched those in the advertisement, but they rejected my proposals as they said they 'depended on the tenant'. I believe they should include that in the text. When we finally agreed, I asked for the address and they gave it to me with very little time before the agreed hour; if I had to come from far away, I wouldn't have had time. In the end, with my good will, I showed up at the place and saw the apartment: the tenants didn't move from their seats, they remained seated, it even seemed to annoy them that I was visiting. It was incredibly uncomfortable, I felt like an intruder. I left the place as quickly as I could. The place was dark, dirty, and very untidy. The strangest thing is that the price of the property was very high. I don't think they had any intention of selling it. If I were to sell my house, I wouldn't behave like that; I would give them a tour, show them the rooms, point out every detail, all with a smile and good manners... That's what you should do if you want someone to spend their savings on something you supposedly want to sell. I see the rest of the reviews and I suspect, I insist, that I was unlucky; if they tell me it was solely the tenant's fault, I would believe it, and I might consider coming back to you in the future, but until then, I can only advise against this real estate agency.
