Fantastic experience: Santi is a wonderful real estate agent. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property in Valencia. We were only in town for a few weeks so we needed someone who could give us a crash course in the housing market, and Santi delivered. He did everything he could to maximize our time together. First he helped us narrow down our list of nonnegotiables (some items we had never considered before), and then he provided a lot of insight into the market trends, and what it means to buy a fully renovated property versus one that needs a little or a lot of work. Then he lined up a handful of listings each day he took us out, perfectly spacing them in such a way that we didn’t have long gaps between listing appointments and the other realtors were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. His patience and knowledge of the real estate market and the various benefits and drawbacks of each neighborhood was extremely helpful. His English is excellent too, and in addition to being our realtor, he was a little bit of a “spanish instructor”, indulging my annoying attempts at speaking spanish as much as possible. Nous avons rencontré Tom qui parle très bien français, anglais, néerlandais et l espagnol, très réactif, disponible, sympathique.
