Negative experience: Experiencia negativa. Cometieron errores en el contrato de arras, con números de registro erróneos y DNIn cambiados. Omitieron información de la compra/venta a la notaría y tuvimos que volver a escriturar teniendo que volver a pagar los gastos de notaría. No haciéndose responsable de sus errores. Como compradores nos cobraron 3000€ por no hacer nada.

Negative experience: Be careful what you sign, they try to rob you or they succeed, scam, lack of transparency, little professionalism, zero respect.

Negative experience: Not recommended. They make you sign a visitor sheet that is actually for exclusivity. They have no knowledge of the law and cause problems between buyers and sellers due to their poor management. They inflate the house prices excessively and end up burned for not being realistic with the current market. When they feel that you are asking too many questions, they disrespect you and speak to you very rudely. The last straw was when they asked me for the fees in cash to avoid declaring it, but with VAT of course, so they can take it warm. I will never return or recommend this real estate agency.

We bought a house, we agreed to sign a visit (mistake), we agreed to do it through them (mistake), we accepted their fees and paid them part of it upfront (mistake), we accepted that the rest of the payment would be made at the end of the whole house process (mistake). Because what we received in return for all that trust, born from the excitement of someone buying their first home, was the utmost indifference. Ever since we walked out the door the day we paid the first part, at the beginning of everything, we have heard absolutely NOTHING from her. Now, almost 3 years later, she contacts us through a Burofax to demand the rest of the money in 15 days. Fees are what is charged for work done, with added value. Charging money and then the next communication being three years later to collect the rest is more like a commission. And we agreed to pay fees, not a commission. Either the people giving 5 stars are friends and acquaintances, or we have had really bad luck.

Y encima, cuando le dices que no, pierde los modales. Los inmuebles además, te los encuentras 10000 euros inflados. Yo si es de spaincasa no llamo.
