Fantastic experience: Background: A fantastic service that I have rarely experienced. Thank you, Mike Karatas! About a year ago, I contacted Alicante Real Estate. The contact was seamless, and I was quickly reached by Mike Karatas (agent). We scheduled an initial phone appointment to discuss my wishes and criteria. Promptly, I received some property suggestions. In November 2023, I boarded a plane and flew to Alicante to view some properties on-site. The contact with Mike Karatas was positive from the start, and I had a lot of trust. We looked at several properties, and it quickly became clear to me what I did not want and what I did want. The agent also had a good instinct for this and now knew what I was looking for. The first trip ended without success but primarily served for orientation. The contact with Mike Karatas was constant, and he continued to send me properties via WhatsApp. In May 2024, the next trip was on the horizon, and I knew we were going to view a property that had already caught my attention from the pictures and videos that Mike had created. During the viewing of this property, we immediately fell in love and did not hesitate for long. Dream property found!!! Mike and the team at Alicante Real Estate took care of the entire process. The Alicante Real Estate network is outstanding. Contacts with furniture stores, contacts with craftsmen, everything went super smoothly and all appointments were kept to the exact day. I have rarely experienced something like this. I also had contact with other agents and companies, but the service and trust were, as previously described, very high from the beginning. The apartment was completely renovated, and the first furniture was also delivered. Mike Karatas organized everything very well, and we did not have to be there in person. The result is also fantastic here, and we were thrilled upon our arrival in September. Therefore, 5 stars from us!!! In fact, 5 stars are not enough!!! A big thank you to Mike and the entire team at Alicante Real Estate. If you are looking for a property on the Costa Blanca, you are at the right place!!!

Negative experience: After taking the reservation fee, contact stopped from their side. No contract, no key, no refund. Be aware, tourist season has made them hungry.

Negative experience: Absolutely not recommended! There is so much to share, but the essence is to not hire this real estate agent! In absolute shortness: Important information was withheld until the notary appointment and was not presented as discussed. Inquiry requests were ignored! The situation of not being on-site was exploited. The evening before the notary appointment, we were informed that the buyer would not come. Contact with the buyer was prevented; the real estate agent suddenly had a power of attorney. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or the nerves to cancel the notary appointment on short notice. The very bad feeling has not subsided to this day.

Hatte immer alle Exposes zur Hand und an uns weitergegeben. Pünktlich, gut vorbereitet, freundlich und immer guter Laune. Auch der Whatsap Kontakt war sehr gut. Ornella antwortet prompt und auch wenn eine Immobilie nicht von ihr verwaltet wird macht sie alles schnell möglich. Ein paar Stunden und es klappte wie am Schnürchen mit den Besichtigungen. Auch die Beratung wegen Ferienvermietung der Immobilie. Kreditmöglichkeit also Unterstützung bei Bank, Notar, NIE usw. Alles top. Danke nochmals für die nette Betreuung.

Negative experience: Habe im September Mail Kontakt aufgenommen, im Oktober persönlich das Büro besucht. Per Mail keine Rückmeldung, nach persönlichem Besuch ebenfalls keine Kontakt Aufnahme. Zum Glück gibt es an der Costa Blanca viele Immobilien Büros die anders arbeiten. Schade

Negative experience: Impresentables. que se desentienden de sus clientes . Desde un principio en el que de mala manera nos dan las llaves de la vivienda (en otra oficina diferente) y nos dicen literal: Aquí tenéis las llaves para cualquier cosa nos llamáis". Desde ese momento vamos a la vivienda y la piscina esta muy sucia y sin luz en esa zona, avisamos a estos señores y ni caso. Después de varios avisos,nos dan el teléfono del propietario directamente, vamos que encima se saltan por el forro alguna que otra ley como la de protección de datos. Desde ese momento aunque seguimos intentando que nos den una solucion no nos hacen ni caso , gracias a que el propietario que es bastante más responsable nos facilita por teléfono y con el apoyo de una persona de su confianza que vive cerca y se aproxima hasta la vivienda. pero hasta que esto se soluciona pasan 6 dias, y el propietario que viene desde madrid nos ayuda con el tema. impresionante lo mal que trabaja esta empresa.

Negative experience: do not believe in them. I was completely fooled because I trusted them. Check out all the small details in the houses before you buy. the dwelling I bought missed tv. they promised me a led-tv but it became a 20 year old television. I emailed them and asked if the air conditioning works they answered everything works but than the air condition was broken and they knew about it. I'm sad to read how falsely you are describing the situation. When it comes to the TV; there was no TV in the apartment from the beginning (I still have pictures I can provide you with). After I went through the apartment together with (-), I came to your office and said that there was no TV and that I would like a LED-TV (a technology that ha existed for over 10 years now, pretty standard in most part of the developed world at least). (-) said OK we get you one. A LED-TV turned out to be a 20 years old TV. You mention that you stored my belongings, and yes that is true, but why not also specify that my "belongings" was a small carpet with a total volume of 0.03 cubic-meters? I checked the apartment, finalized the down payment and went back to Sweden in beginning of august and my solicitor finished the last part of the purchase. I asked if you could keep the keys until I come back in december and it was fine for you. In middle of august the solicitor said that the purchase was finalized and on the same day I e-mailed K and asked to test all electronic devices in the apartment to see that they all worked well. I got the answer that everything worked as usual, but when I came back on december 21st and (-) gave me the keys and we went to the cold apartment, the AC was not working. I asked why but (-) couldn't give a good answer. We went and bought an oil radiator as it was not possible to live in such cold condition. This is the true story of how you handled this. I strongly recommend you to study other more successful real estate companies and how they manage customer complaints and how they satisfy them in a professional way. Best,
