Negative experience: After seeing a property I was interested in on Wednesday, 16/10 in Gibraleon with Laura Jerez, and having scheduled to see it with the contractor on the next business day, Tuesday, 21/10, she tells me the same Tuesday afternoon that it has already been sold, having not called me either before or after, after having spoken with the bank and having an appointment with the contractor and the pre-approved mortgage. I call her to explain why she didn't notify me earlier, and she tells me that is not how real estate agencies work and that I am not the one to tell her how to do her job, then she hangs up on me. Inexcusable.
