Negative experience: They raise the property price far above the market value, then they apply ridiculous discounts to create the false impression that the property value is attractive. Nothing could be further from the truth. Right now, an apartment that has been on the market for a few months with another real estate agency has been marked up by 25,000 euros by these people. Then they apply a minimal discount, leaving the apartment well above the market value. Speculation, plain and simple.
