They ignore the data protection law and even give information to all your neighbors about you and your family. With this control, if you get robbed, you know who to blame.

Negative experience: We started the process of buying a house which was being handled by Tecnocasa GELVES (SEVILLE) along with the financial advisory Kiron. Given the contribution we had from the beginning, the financing conditions they offered at 100% were quite good with a very good interest rate before signing the earnest money contract. We were waiting for the bank's response to these conditions when days before the signing, the bank changed the conditions raising our payment to an amount we did not want to exceed, and in the meeting we had with the franchisee and the financial advisor, we were clear that due to a mistake by the bank we were backing out of the purchase. This is where it undoubtedly became the least professional meeting with a lack of respect regarding our situation from the franchisee that I have ever experienced in my life. Basically, with a tone completely out of place, he told us that if we didn’t make an extra effort each month, it meant we weren’t interested in the house or hadn’t been before, that with the contribution we wanted to make, we should see where we could go with better conditions than theirs, to go to a house worth X which is what they were offering us. Making you feel like a nothing when you've been unable to sleep since they told you the new conditions because you know you are losing a house that is your dream home, but on top of that, they emphasize that if you don’t buy it, IT’S BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT INTERESTED. Anyone who has lost a house due to changes in the bank's conditions knows how much it hurts, and to be blamed for it is absolutely shameful. In summary, from the franchisee's side, rude and unprofessional. From Kiron, a 10, as they even told us they would lower the commission to alleviate a part of the increase, the problem? That the situation from the franchisee reached such high levels of tension that I refuse and am immensely glad not to give that person even 1 euro from my pocket for the 3% commission. FLEE, FLEE, AND FLEE FROM TECNOCASA.

Negative experience: Sus comerciales llaman a casa para dejarte su revista teniendo un buzón para estos casos. Me han llamado en enésimas ocasiones y les he dicho que para eso no me molesten y que pasen de largo de mi casa pero siguen llamando. Como todos los comerciales en estos tiempos, mala praxis. La próxima vez emprenderé las acciones legales oportunas, ya les he dado bastantes oportunidades.
