Negative experience: We are very careful with the apartment for sale, they came to see it, but they didn't present themselves as a real estate agency, which we thought they were individuals. Once they saw it, they told us they were from Larragest, which is quite unethical and unprofessional.

Negative experience: WARNING! They are not trustworthy!!! I lost the money from the appraisal (320 euros). Then signing the ARRAS contract (a contract in which if you don’t buy you lose a deposit), and send to the appraiser for the bank's valuation, I got a call from the bank telling me that the property was out of zoning (for the sake of not being a know-it-all, the building could be demolished at an indefinite time). The real estate agency should know this information during their procedures, so it’s a poor management on their part all around. Not recommended!

Negative experience: terrible service, I've been trying for months to get back money that I'm owed since I left my previous house. No matter how much I write to them, they ignore the issue, very little seriousness.

Negative experience: After renting an apartment for 3 years and paying everything on time every month, when we needed something, the landlord didn't care at all. They say they won't return the deposit for reasons that are not true in order to avoid paying and keep the money for themselves. They are scoundrels and not recommended at all. This is not the first case for me; I had already heard of similar cases and didn't think it would happen to me, but it is clear to me now that they are thieves and nothing but scoundrels.

Negative experience: Han tratado de engañar a una señora de más de 70 años, diciéndole sin ninguna vergüenza que su obligación como propietaria era tener un seguro de hogar, que casualmente pueden comercializar ellos. Pedidas explicaciones por este mezquino proceder, además de trasladar mi llamada de un "departamento" a otro sin la mínima inteligencia para tapar el auricular y que no pudiese oír sus risas y comentarios ofensivos, terminé hablando con el "departamento de seguros", que afirmó que era lo "habitual y más facil" para arreglar un desperfecto producido por mal uso del inquilino. Que el propietario contrate un seguro, a ellos por supuesto, y que posteriormente de un parte. Aunque sea falso.... Para no creerlo.....
