When a tenant ends their rental contract, the deposit must be returned, at most, within a month. Since the Basque Government can take up to 3 months to return the deposit to the owner, Inmobiliaria Gabilondo has told the tenant that they must wait for it to be returned, but this is not true, and although they have consulted with a lawyer, they continue to be contradicted.

Negative experience: No doy menos porque no se puede, un mes para tratar de alquilar un piso y ni contactar para darnos una negativa. siempre,el luego te llamo ,mañana te llamo o en otro momento siempre, si fuera por ellos estamos en la calle.
