Negative experience: Horrible experience. Last May, we were looking at an apartment listed by this real estate agency. We visited it three times (as we were very interested in it) and on all three occasions they told us that the agency fees were 2%, until the moment we formalized an offer, when they magically said that this apartment had a 3% commission. Even so, we decided to proceed with the purchase of the apartment. One Thursday morning, they called us and said that the owners of the apartment accepted the offer we had made, to which my partner asked them to let us know what time we could go that same afternoon to sign the deposit. Their response was that they would confirm a time during the morning. We had no news either Thursday or Friday. On Monday morning, they called us and said that the apartment had been sold over the weekend by the owners on their own. A bit strange, right? Also, if I'm not mistaken, this real estate agency makes you sign an exclusivity contract, so the owners shouldn't be able to sell it on their own. Between this and other strange things that smelled fishy... I will never recommend this real estate agency. Many lies. The professional who attended us was Jose.

How can one be so incompetent... now it turns out that they have lost the documents they asked me for to change my address, which should have been done already, and as I imagine the embarrassment it will give them after treating us so badly, Manuel asks a colleague to contact us, who also didn’t pick up the phone when I called her but did respond to me on WhatsApp, I truly can't believe it. She apologizes saying that sometimes it happens... but it only shows how they work in this company. Not at all recommended if you're looking to rent an apartment, the service is terrible, to put it mildly, since as Manuel told us, you're not my client since I haven't charged you anything. Misleading information, they talk about things with you and make you sign a first document that they then do not uphold in the final contract and according to Manuel you should have read it before leaving the office and he writes what his clients have told him. You can't imagine this being a scam from what is supposed to be a serious company (whether they charge you or not for it) since after talking to the owner, she was told something else. I totally agree with Maria Carmen's review, what happens is that the good reviews are from the owners. I believe that all clients who enter your business should be treated equally, regardless of whether you charge them or not, as they may become your clients at another time. Very unprofessional, little discretion with inappropriate questions, especially to their clients and in front of us. Jose does not return calls or WhatsApps, you can tire yourself out trying to reach him. With the real estate agencies in Albacete, I hope you keep these not-so-visible reviews in mind and decide to go elsewhere. Manuel was very worried that we would leave a review before doing anything... Well, here it is.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with a salesman, Mr. Manuel. Not only did he not show up for the meeting, but he also didn't answer the phone no matter how many times I called. The next morning, I tried to contact him again, and he still did not respond. I called from another phone, and then he returned my call, unable to apologize or give an explanation. I find this a total lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect. I will not engage in any dealings with this gentleman or the agency he works for.

I already have 2 viewings booked with another real estate agency, one that listens to what the customer is looking for before closing the deal. Thanks for nothing.

Negative experience: Dismal. I called about a property that this company was advertising on Idealista. In this ad, they list a price that does not correspond to the actual one since they require 2 years of rent with an option to buy; however, the ad does state that the property has a 21% discount which is a lie. When I asked the salesperson why the offer didn't match the actual price, it didn’t take long for him to hang up on me rudely. I give it 1 star because I can't give it less.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this real estate agency. I went to a rental apartment from this agency and I don't know how I managed to get them to return part of the deposit after the contract ended and having paid all pending bills for electricity and water, in addition to them continuing to charge me months later for the electricity and water bills, as they had not taken care of changing the name to the next tenant. I had to insist repeatedly for months both by phone and by WhatsApp for my payment to be returned, even warning that I would show up there if the payment was not returned since I am not from Albacete. In summary, I would NEVER look for a rental apartment with them again.

Negative experience: A terrible service, the contract was poorly drafted for the owner (a woman over 80 years old), they miscalculated the final settlement when the rental ended. I allowed them to show the apartment before I left so the woman could rent it as soon as possible, and on some occasions, they didn't even show up to show the apartment, I had to show it myself. In summary, José's work was shameful.

Negative experience: Simply a dreadful service, to say something and be polite. The disappointment and the treatment received, especially from Jose, has been absolutely terrible. 0 communication as a real estate agency with its tenants. We had to chase him day after day, writing to him and without any response, we are still waiting for a simple WhatsApp reply after days, 0 professionalism. He has not helped us at all nor guided us in any part of the rental process, especially once you decide to leave the apartment with them. With the number of real estate agencies in Albacete, I would never think of recommending this one to anyone, especially if it’s with Jose. I can assure you that in our search for a rental apartment and the subsequent treatment once our rental contract was finished, we had never been treated this way and ignored so much, not to mention the manners. Be aware that all those wonderful reviews you see are because before signing the contract they suggest that you leave them one, but the reality is not that. Think twice before hiring their services. Yes, we left before 6 months due to personal issues and we were not refunded the deposit. Everything okay with that. Our anger comes when we have had to chase you for more than a week without any response. The service has been dreadful and you have not helped us at all. Regards.

I called and they said it was the first time it happened to them... but now looking at the reviews they have, it seems that it’s not the first time... How can I do business with them, what distrust... There must be a lack of real estate agencies, which by the way, none of the ones I’ve dealt with have left me hanging to see an apartment... In response to the owner: I didn’t leave after 5 minutes!!! I called you 10 minutes after the scheduled time and your colleague told me she didn’t have a car and that it would take her another 15 minutes to arrive, you weren’t even on your way. Don’t call me a liar on top of that, you called me to apologize and asked me to remove the review, and since I haven’t removed it, now you don’t like it. I think it’s perfect that customers have doubts because you could call me and inform me that you would be late; we all work and have things to do. You can put whatever you want, but this is what happened...
