Negative experience: One of the WORST experiences of my life with a real estate agency!

Negative experience: Be very careful when handing over the keys to this real estate agency. I entrusted them with the keys to my house, and after 2 years when I asked for them back, the surprise was that they told me they dispose of everything after that time.... It's shameful that now we have to call a locksmith to open the house.

Negative experience: Very little professionalism. I called to inquire about a property and was told they would call me that same afternoon. I received no call, and today after several unanswered calls, I decided to check their website and the property I asked about was no longer listed. I called again and they are still not answering.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it, they skip the waiting list whenever they want, the employee is very rude.

Fantastic experience: We bought the house with this agency and years later we sold it with them as well, very quickly, it was sold in just three months, everything perfect and Daragh takes care of not only the management for the sale, but also all the paperwork after the sale such as the change of electricity and water. Totally recommended.

Negative experience: PROFESIONALIDAD NULA Estábamos en el proceso de compra de una vivienda con esta inmobiliaria. Al parecer, la casa por la que estábamos interesados la comercializaba el responsable de la inmobiliaria y otro más. Hicimos 3 visitas a la vivienda, mostrando nuestro interés e intención de reservar la vivienda. El comercial que nos atiende en un principio nos comenta que otros clientes interesados y a partir de la segunda visita nos dice que ya no sabe nada de los clientes. La última visita la hacemos con un arquitecto para comprobar el estado de la casa, le confirmo que quiero hacer la reserva , que me pase el contrato de arras y al día siguiente me escribe el responsable de la inmobiliaria informando de que se había reservado la vivienda por otras personas el día anterior a mi última visita. Alguien lo entiende? Me parece una pésima gestión por parte de la inmobiliaria, deberían informar a los clientes de que hay otros clientes muy interesados y por supuesto, si la vivienda está reservada no seguir enseñándola. Sinceramente, me quedo con la sensación de engaño y de que se la venden a quien les interesa.

Negative experience: I've been trying for over a week now to get more info on a house we are interested in...no replies to emails. I had a response via WhatsApp saying they would get back to me but nothing. Youd think in the current situation they would be trying very hard to get sales. If I was the owner of the property I would not be impressed. We are now looking at other agents.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Agent, reliable, professional & expert service, knows his area, knows the law and gives an honest appraisal. We were buyers who instructed a Solicitor to act for us on a purchase and were badly let down, luckily Darragh was the Agent acting for the Vendors and he stepped in and salvaged the transaction. Use this guy, you won't be disappointed whether you are buying or selling.
