Negative experience: The service was terrible, the interest nonexistent, they have no desire to work. A company I would not trust with the sale of my property. They say they'll call you, but they don't. They show no interest at all, and their properties have been for sale for years. Additionally, they ask for more than 5% in profits for themselves, perhaps due to how much they work, in short, everything was awful. Very unsatisfied. Elderly people selling or wanting to buy/rent from them should be careful. I do not recommend them at all. Very unfriendly and unpleasant. Zero communication skills and a lot of arrogance. People like this should not work in public-facing roles. I'm not writing this with the intention of getting a response, in fact, I prefer that you do not. Just to warn everyone. Negative experience: They have a Solvia house, which I have been trying to visit for months! Solvia gave them 2 of our phone numbers to call us and they don't! Instead, they tell them that they have tried, Solvia gives us their phone number, and nobody answers us!! We have made so many attempts and no one answers the phone or calls us!! If you don't want to work, leave the apartments for other real estate agencies so we can see them!!

We went to visit a house that was for sale about 4 years ago and when we told her that we wanted to buy it, she got scared and we, seeing her like that, backed off and didn't buy anything from her. Then I asked her about another property and she didn't answer me. In the end, seeing that I had no response, I lost interest in that property and recently saw that she had already sold it.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful, and capable. In our case, Inmoplans was the selling agent, but for us as buyers, they took care of all the paperwork, were present at the signing of the notarial deed. And also handled many things for us afterward. Highly recommended if you're looking for an agent.

Negative experience: They make the tenant pay the fees, which is, according to the new law, completely illegal. The fees should be paid by the owner.

Negative experience: He llamado varias veces y siempre los inmuebles los tiene reservados, cuando siguen a la venta, le dices que quieres verlo y no te da opción. Le preguntas donde esta y no te contesta. Pienso que los inmuebles los reserva para sus personas de confianza para luego beneficiarse.
