We realized at this point, this was no ordinary estate agent - how right we were! We then began our journey together to find our "forever home" not only did Alison do this but so so much more, her local knowledge of the area, tradespeople, services, social groups she shared generously and this made our settling in pleasurable and easy. To say she goes the extra mile would be an understatement. We will be forever thankful to have Alison in our lives and would highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers.

I decided to buy a property in Spain around 2018 as after living in Seville many years earlier I had always wanted to return to Spain to live at some point I decided to look along the coast further North and made many visits to different areas with different estate agents and was nearly at the point of giving up believing I would never find somewhere when I met Alison. I liked her straight away. Why? Because for the first time I felt I had someone on my side who actually listened to what I wanted for a property (and I did have a long list). Someone who really took the time to understand and worked their socks off to suggest possible properties which unlike with the other estate agents were 99% of the time worth looking at. The property I eventually bought was one I kept dismissing but Alison pressed me to see it; and she was totally right. She had actually got to know me better than myself and that was because of her passion, enthusiasm, knowledge, ability to read a person and bags of patience. I wish I had met her much sooner in my search but they say 'good things come to those who wait' and I would say in this case it's true. Not only did Alison find my house for me but she was and has been nothing short of fantastic since then. She hasn't just sold me a house; she genuinely wants me to have a great life here and to this end she has helped so much. And what is even more amazing, she continues to do anything she can to help me when needed; without a second thoght and has never let me down. I don't think that can be said of many estate agents but what I can say is if you are looking to buy and need a top notch estate agent who puts you and what you want at the centre of their thoughts and actions, you will get just that with Alison; and when your looking to do something that is life changing, that is worth more than gold in my view. Alison, I also want you to consider the reasons we want to bring this family to meet you. To convince them why we think it’s the area to buy. To get them to fall in love!???? You impressed us SO much when you showed us around. But would love you to make suggestions. I know how passionate you are about where you live. We just loved your passion, enthusiasm & the fact that you got teary when you were telling us why you love your area so much! A guided tour, you took us to places that we would never have known, to the supermarkets & you took time out of your day to embrace your love of the Xativa area! Other local agents just 'waved goodbye or just dumped us off!' You even sat for two hours the day before our purchase whilst the WiFi was installed! Can I just say, if you don’t use this estate agency, then don’t buy in This area. What i will say is what a professional, friendly and efficient company they are. From beginning to end service , nothing is to much trouble. Alison is the most amazing person ever. And Will go that extra mile to find you your dream home. I’m so pleased after months of viewings Alison found me my dream home she truly is amazing. Totally recommended 5*
