I was a little concerned about your comment on pressure and i have tried to understand why you should have felt this because our company is not about pressuring anyone, I understand we were selling your property and there was a tenant inside and the completion could not be done because the tenant had 6 months left on their contract , so the purchse contract stated that it was a six moth completion , which was agreed and advised by Nicolas Tan our Business Development Director . I am happy to hear from you personally on any way you feel we could have improved our service and for you to have felt less pressured . Expérience négative: Goldacre est une entreprise exploitante qui cherche à exploiter ses clients pour un enrichissement personnel. J'ai appelé Goldacre parce que je vendais un appartement à El Cotillo. J'ai d'abord appelé Goldacre, en supposant que ce serait une bonne agence, car je suis étranger et que je parle un espagnol très médiocre. L'agent Nicolas Tan est venu à l'appartement, il a rapidement proposé un prix de 135k et m'a pressé d'accepter des offres aussi basses que 110k. Nicolas m'a également soumis à une pression pour signer un contrat ENVAHI de coûts et de pénalités pour certaines actions. Je n'ai pas signé leur contrat frauduleux. D'autres agences ont directement commencé à travailler, apportant des clients sans avoir besoin de signer un contrat exploitant. Ajana Homes a pu vendre la maison en une semaine pour 158k, m'aidant à éviter un pouvoir notarial. Je souhaite ne jamais avoir appelé cette agence et j'exhorte quiconque à travailler avec eux à inspecter rigoureusement tout contrat fourni. Nicolas m'a donné un contrat et a intentionnellement essayé de mal interpréter le contrat. Restez très, très, très éloignés de ces escrocs graisseux.
Mr Rawe We are not exploitive , yes we do make commissions and the higher priced the property the better the commission is for us , You surely do not want us to publish all the emails and free information we gave you that you did not pay us a penny for .. So please tell me who is exploitive ?? Congratulations on your sale we are pleased you achieved your goals . My team is professional and we do look after all our clients, our clients are explained our contracts which are designed to protect both parties. You were not given one price you were given a price range.. Between the price you mentioned and then there was an upper price which you failed to mention . All owners have a choice of who they list with you chose someone else who actually exploited the buyer of the property by selling an over priced property in our professional opinion.. So there are different views of exploitation.. Do not play with peoples lively hoods we have 18 people who work hard on behalf of our clients , just because we will not take a property on that is overpriced that is and in a poor state of repair it is not exploitation it is realism.. I have noticed that all your reviews on your profile were done in the last 24 hours and a whole bunch of them so you have not visited all these place in the 24 hours and if anyone would like to look at Can profile you will see that his reviews are not correct. Ne sachant pas comment procéder, nous avons contacté Goldacre après avoir lu leur profil pour voir ce que nous pouvions faire. Dès le début, ils ont été exceptionnels. Ils nous ont contactés directement par téléphone pour savoir ce que nous recherchions et quand nous avions l'intention de visiter. Un rendez-vous a été fixé avant notre arrivée. En visitant le bureau, nous avons parlé à Nic, qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et les a résolues. Il avait organisé 6 visites à l'avance pour ne pas perdre de temps. Chaque visite était approfondie, non seulement avec la propriété, mais aussi avec la région et les commodités, afin que vous sachiez exactement ce que et où vous achetiez. Ils se sont occupés de tout le processus, organisant avocats, notaire, comptes bancaires, maintenance via Room To Breathe, et meubles neufs avec Design Emporium. Pour quiconque envisage d'acheter sur l'île, veuillez contacter John chez Goldacre qui expliquera ce qu'ils feront et ils le feront. Il dit que son entreprise est un guichet unique et c'est exactement ce que vous obtenez. Cela élimine toute appréhension, inquiétude ou stress qui accompagne toujours l'achat d'un si grand article, mais je ne peux pas exprimer avec des mots à quel point ils sont professionnels. Je les recommanderais sans hésitation et leur société de gestion Room To Breathe qui est également fantastique. Croyez-moi, vous ne ferez pas d'erreur en les utilisant. Expérience fantastique: I bought an apartment with Goldacres earlier this year. Initially I sat down with Alex and discussed my budget and roughly where and what I was looking for. There were a couple of places I had in mind; I addition, Alex came up with some other options, which I agreed I’d like to see. A few days later Alex drove me around and showed me the various properties. There was 1 we couldn’t see on our 1st day out, but we saw that one a couple of days later and that was the one I agreed to buy. Back at Goldacres’s office, Alex and John took me over the various costs I’d need to consider for the purchase, but also other ‘running cost’, including likely costs for water, electricity etc, which I found really useful. I was then introduced to Sara who informed me of the various documents needed to commence the buy process. From this point forward, up until the purchase completed, my main corresponds was with Sara. Post completion I did contact John and Sara with a few questions and they always responded in a very timely fashion, which I was very grateful for. I’d like to add that Alex, John and Sara we’re all very friendly and professional and that if I ever decide to buy again, or sell, I would definitely contact Goldacres again. Expérience fantastique: A massive thank you to Alex. He helped with the purchase of my new property. Alex was always available for any questions and the few times I wanted to visit the house... Alex was aware of my timeframe and really helped this be achieved. I was buying my first property abroad, very scary when I dont speak Spanish. The whole team made it happen, without half of the stress I had just experienced selling in the UK. If anyone is looking to buy in Fuerteventura I can not recommend Alex and the team enough..

Expérience fantastique: Goldacre Estates was the first estate agent I visited recently when looking for a property in Corralejo. A gentleman named Ian helped us with the property search and the following day was able to show us 3 properties, one of them which we purchased. Ian and the Goldacre team made buying a property here so simple, from supplying a lawyer, opening a bank account and visiting the notary. All staff were very nice and professional and a very special thanks to Ian who was absolutely great.

Good afternoon Richard Thank you for your review feedback is always good , not sure abou tthe comment about over priced properties, are you saying we have the same properties as other agents at diffrent prices ie more expensivly , this is should not be the case as we have contract with the vendor . It is always useful if you are able to provide examples so we can look and give you a comprehensive response to your commnets. I personaly have not seen that properties we have are more expensive than like for like properties with other agents . Also each property is diffrent and depends what it is coming with etc .. I look forward to your comparisons so i can add more meat on the bone on your commnets. Expérience fantastique: We had been interested in purchasing a holiday home and whilst on holiday in August we called in to the team at Goldacre Estates. Very welcoming and accommodating. They arranged at short notice a day of viewing properties with a gentleman called Carlos. He was very friendly, patient and more than accommodating. Not your typical pushy salesman! Once we decided on a property, Carlos and the lovely Vanessa managed to make an appointment with the local bank and introduced us to our Lawyer before we returned home. This enabled us to continue with the purchase from home and with the Covid restrictions the process worked seamlessly. Today we have arrived, keys collected (yet again organised by Vanessa) and now purchasing furniture for our new holiday home in Fuerteventura! I cannot emphasis enough how professional yet friendly the team at Goldacre are. You also know your dealing with a great team when they recommend equally professional and friendly people. Without the help from Carlos and Vanessa at Goldacre, Laurienne at the Bank and my Lawyer Carola this dream in the sun would not have come to fruition.
