La connaissance du marché d'Alessia était clé, elle m'a fourni plusieurs éléments même si le marché est difficile, avec beaucoup de demandes. Arcotrust and Stjin helped with the purchase (although not the sales agent), set up (including coming out of the office to offer advice) and maintainance of my property (and the whole community). Then acted as a letting agent but unfortunately stoped that service and I really miss it, as they were great. I still like to pop in and say hello.

Expérience fantastique: Toen ik eindelijk met pensioen ging en al jaren op vakantie naar Fuerteventura ging. Ben ik al die jaren met Stijn naar huizen op verschillende locaties wezen kijken. Dat koste mij wel steeds 2 dagen van mijn vakantie maar heb erg veel tips gekregen van hem. En er ontstond nooit een druk op mij om maar iets te kopen ! Uiteindelijk toen ik 65 was zijn we erin geslaagd . Aangezien een groot deel van een huis kopen op vertrouwen neer komt , moet ik zeggen dat hij mij in alles heeft bijgestaan en toen ik mijn nieuwe huis kocht en ging betrekken was alles zo schoon en piekfijn in orde. Moet toe geven dat er een klik was tussen ons maar Stijn is niet een moeilijke man en we hebben eindeloos naar huizen gekeken ,gegeten en gedronken . Zo gaat dat hier nou eenmaal op Fuerteventura. Geen stress . Woon nu 3 jaar en geniet echt elke dag van het gekozen huis en de ligging ! Stijn nogmaals bedankt.

Par leur souci de préserver les charmes du village, leur sérieux, leur attention, leur aptitude à la gestion et la richesse de leur catalogue Stijn Van Dongen et Alessia Manzzati sont irremplaçables. La majorité des visiteurs et des résidents d’el Cotillo ne sont pas des voyageurs organisés. Ici on improvise, on explore, on découvre sans fin de nouvelles plages et de nouveaux restaurants. Mais à coté des bonnes surprises, l’improvisation expose parfois à des événements moins agréables. Et face aux inévitables tracas de la vie quotidienne Stijn et Alessia sont toujours là avec la même disponibilité et le même sourire pour assurer la douceur de vivre de leurs interlocuteurs.
