Wir haben vor einem Jahr ein Objekt gekauft und das Umschreibungsverfahren ist immer noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen. Es wäre vor allem zu wünschen, dass man als Käufer regelmässiger über den Stand der Angelegenheit informiert würde. Sehr hilfreich ist allerdings, dass Frau Bianca Villazan sehr gut deutsch spricht

Expérience positive: Unsere Wohnung wurde sehr schnell und zügig im Verkauf abgewickelt. Vermeiden sie aber, Carmen Bargeld für kleinere Abrechnungen in die Hand zu geben. Damit ist sie total überfordert und speist uns mit Ausreden wegen einer Rückzahlung des Restbetrages schon ein viertel Jahr ab. Schade eigentlich, das wir das hier schreiben müssen! 31. Mai 2022 / ...nachdem die Chefin Carmen die Angelegenheit in die Hand genommen hat, wurde heute die Rückzahlung unseres hinterlegten Geldbetrages vorgenommen. Vielen Dank! Wir möchten noch einmal darauf hinweisen, das der Verkauf unserer Wohnung absolut korrekt, schnell und sicher abgewickelt wurde.

The whole process - from deposit paid to completion took just 23 days! Carmen Villazan arranged meetings with English-speaking bank staff to open a non-resident account, English-speaking legal staff that granted the power of attorney to deal with everything in our absence, and we were kept up to date at all times. It can be a nervous experience buying property anywhere abroad but we're so glad we used the team at Villazan. (et ce dans notre langue natale). nous voilà donc propriétaire d'un superbe appartement 2 chambres qui comme promis était impeccable (merci aussi à l'ancienne propriétaire qui l'entretenait parfaitement, impossible de trouver une poussière...). Völlig unbedarft und ein wenig misstrauisch - nachdem wir zuvor diverse Angebote anderer Agenturen angeschaut hatten und dort sowohl von den Objekten wie auch der Begleitung enttäuscht wurden - haben wir uns an die Agentur Carmen Villazan gewandt. Dort wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüsst und fühlten uns sofort gut aufgehoben. Es ging um uns, um unsere Belange und Wünsche und nicht primär ums Verkaufen. Der Kunde soll dort nicht nur kaufen, sondern primär das bekommen, was er sucht. So fanden wir ein Objekt, wurden smart durch alle administrativen Erfordernisse geschleust. Die Betreuung dort ist aussergewöhnlich, sowohl vor dem Verkauf, während der Kaufphase (detaillierte Abrechnung u.v.a.) sowie nach dem Kauf. From walking in the sales office to signing on the dotted line for completion of sale our experience has been trouble free stress free and indeed most enjoyable.How often can you say that when buying property. Their staff and in particular Jessica at the Caleta de Fuste office could not do enough for us holding your hand was taken to a new level. Creating a bank account , getting a solicitor, power of attorney getting good currency conversion rates and even a value for money builder to do some refurbishments for us. The whole process took 10 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough the cream of the crop of estate agents for me. Give them a try let them do the work while you enjoy the sun. Ian Taylor.
