Tatjana au bureau a été d'une aide fantastique en répondant à nos messages avec des détails incroyablement précis en temps opportun chaque fois que nous avions des questions. Sa belle voix peut égayer votre journée ! James a toujours été de l'autre côté du téléphone pour nous chaque fois que nous avions des confusions concernant les règles espagnoles ! Son aide nous a donné un énorme sentiment de sécurité lors de l'achat d'une propriété à l'étranger ! Après une longue recherche d'agents immobiliers pour nous aider dans notre recherche, nous avons enfin trouvé ce que nous cherchions ici au groupe affinty Espagne. Manon a toujours été là pour nous et nous a donné un grand soutien même avant que nous ne partions pour l'Espagne. Manon est une personne très dévouée, professionnelle et digne de confiance. Les visites étaient superbement organisées et la vente s'est également déroulée sans aucun problème. Un grand merci Manon, sans toi cela n'aurait pas été possible.

Expérience négative: Un service client terrible ! J'ai appelé pour demander un appartement et ils m'ont demandé un numéro de référence que je ne trouve nulle part. L'appartement est sur Idealista et la personne qui m'a assisté ne veut pas chercher l'appartement dans son système, prétendant qu'ils ont 'des milliers' d'appartements. Je n'achèterais pas d'appartement dans une agence même en plaisantant ! Arrogants.

Notre appartement est resté ouvert et déverrouillé pendant tout un week-end à cause d'Affinity… et James a suggéré que c'était notre titulaire de clés qui mentait et nous a dit 'ce n'est pas seulement à propos de vous'. La personne la plus peu professionnelle que nous ayons rencontrée. À éviter.

I had to tell her off many times for working whist she was on holiday. She know what you are looking for after a good few conversations, most of the issues were with us as clients (not with Katy). Their response time and communication is first class. Shortly after my return home i was re contacted by affinity telling us that george had left/been dismissed and offered me a 2nd trip to spain. met with a very professional agent and we finally found exactly what we were looking for (we finally bought 2 apartments) Well done affinity for listening to my feedback and thank you again affinity for staying in contact. I originally wrote this review with a 1 star rating, so well done affinity for turning me around!

Expérience fantastique: Hi Mia, We had problems with pretty much every agency we contacted - properties not available, or trying to sell us a ´viewing trip´! But I wanted to pass some feedback on Craig's services at Affinity; my wife came to look at 15 properties with Craig and I came to Spain to look at the shortlist of selected properties the following day. Craig has been the most warm, professional and knowledgeable guide to buying in Spain. It was easy to make a choice to buy given the level comfort provided by Craig. Expérience fantastique: Our experience with Affinity Humberts could not be better. We were in Spain for an extremely short period of time and really had only one day for viewing properties. Jack from affinity took us on a whistle stop tour of the Costa del Sol and packed in as many properties as he could. He showed us various properties from penthouse apartments to townhouses....some needing updating and some in perfect condition. All in all he showed us a complete range in a very short period of time. During a long and tiring day, Jack remained patient and positive and listened to our feedback re: each property. He was never pushy and gave us an insight into each place we visited, recommending restaurants and also areas suitable for us and our teenage son. With Jack's help we are now in the process of buying a beautiful apartment. He has been available even out of hours and on his days off to answer any questions and clarify the legal process to us. All in all it has been a positive experience and Jack is a great credit to the team at Affinity.

Expérience fantastique: We used affinity to purchase and most recently sell a property we purchased in Marbella in late 2017. We eventually met with around 8 different agencies, and can honestly say that I wish we have just met with the affinity guys from day one. Our agent (Abigail) showed us 18 properties on the first day - this is more than all the other calomoajies showed us in an entire week! I would (and already have!) thoroughly recommend affinity to anyone who is serious about buying (or selling!) a property in Spain! Nic and Jay.

Expérience négative: Chestertons are the most terrible estate agents not to be trusted as once they have got money from a buyer they will not hand it over to the vendor. When you try to get your money they threaten you on the telephone. I would not advise anybody to have any dealings with them. Wendy Howe a very dissatisfied customer.

Expérience fantastique: My husband, our two children and I spent two days driving along the coast from Malaga to Estepona with Warren Ali from Affinity to find a summer home for our family. Warren is simply the most professional and nice person to be around. He knows everything about this area and we felt completely safe with his good advise. He had so many interesting homes to show us and always adjusted to show us new homes listening carefully to our comments along the way. Everything was perfectly planned. In just two days we found the summer home of our dreams with his help. Warren also helped us in the process after the purchase with contacts to professional and reliable advisors in Spain. I give Warren and Affinity Property, Marbella my warmest and best recommendations.

I must say how pleased i am with this company.. after going to one or two other estate agents in the Marbella area who in my opinion were not professional and witnessing that they are still using "old School" pressure tactics (check my Google feedback to see who they are) i decide to go visit these guys after a friend told me about them. Speaking to Linda we were overwhelmed by the great communication and how she found it important to listen to my needs. There was no pressure sales or fighting for commissions just good helpful advice . Loved it! Very pleased all round. We have now returned back to the UK with a very good idea of how to make our move to Marbella next year and knowing that these guys will be ready to help us make the purchase of the villa within our budget. I recommend anybody looking for a property in Marbella to not fall for the "we are the largest estate agents in the world" speech as generally, in my hunt, i have found them to be the least servicial and less caring... as my Google opinions show.

Expérience fantastique: Hi Deborah Many thanks for setting up the house viewings with Lucas while I was in Spain it was much appreciated. We found Lucas very knowledgeable and understanding and it did not take him long to start showing us what we were looking for and he also sorted us out with the notary which was a bonus. However as I explained to you when we first met this was very much a fact finding trip to have a look at what is on the market, where it is, and obviously the cost . Thanks to yourself,Chesterton's and Lucas all the above was achieved and when we do finally make that big decision to purchase we will definitely come back to see you.
