Expérience négative: Nous avons fait confiance à l'Agence Immobilière Krips, une personne disponible mais peu attentive aux conditions de l'appartement à louer pour une longue période. Dès que nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement, nous avons remarqué qu'il n'était pas propre, les conditions de la baignoire étaient terribles, il y avait beaucoup de rouille près du drain, camouflée maladroitement par un coup de pinceau de peinture blanche. Évier ébréché et la fenêtre avec une serrure cassée. J'ai envoyé la plainte au M. Krips et en quelques jours, les ouvriers sont venus réparer la fenêtre, puis le plombier est passé pour regarder la baignoire, son commentaire était presque prévisible, le danger était qu'elle pouvait fuir de l'eau vers le rez-de-chaussée... le lendemain, la prophétie se réalise ! Nous ne pouvons pas utiliser la douche, nous devons déménager pendant une semaine dans un autre appartement (donc déplacez tout !) grâce à l'intervention d'une autre agence immobilière qui gère des appartements dans le même bâtiment, tandis que Krips se lave tranquillement les mains ! Félicitations, très professionnel ! Maintenant, nous attendons de revenir à la fin des travaux dans le premier appartement et nous devrons tout déplacer à nouveau. En conclusion, étant donné que le problème était bien visible, il aurait pu faire les travaux avant de nous laisser entrer, d'ailleurs l'appartement était vide pendant 3 semaines ! J'espère que cette expérience amènera une plus grande attention de la part de M. Krips. Salutations.

Expérience négative: Anfangs war M. Sehr bemüht und half uns u.a. auch bei der Beschaffung der N.I.E.! Wir hatten großes Vertrauen. Leider hatte Krips keine Immobilie die uns zusagte, jedoch haben wir anderweitig Immobilien gefunden und diese M. gezeigt, er hat den Kontakt hergestellt! Wir haben ihm Angeboten dadurch evtl finanzielle Nachteile für ihn auszugleichen, daran haben wir uns gehalten! Als WIR die richtige Immobilie fanden, haben wir zur Abwicklung einen Anwalt genommen. M. klagte ständig das er mit der Beschaffung der geforderten Unterlagen überfordert sei, und das dies alles übertrieben sei. Die Anzahlung sollten wir vor dem Gutachten machen (sonst überlegen es sich die Verkäufer anders) Im ganzen bemühte M. sich sehr für die Verkäufer nicht für uns! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die im Angebot möblierte Immobilie wurde am letzten Tag vom Verkäufer noch zum größten Teil ausgeräumt (alles was noch einen Wert hatte) Auch hier sah M. Trotz unserem Veto kein Handlungsbedarf. Wir haben das Haus, dass war uns wichtig, aber die Kaufabwicklung war eher unschön. Leider können wir Krips nicht weiter empfehlen und für unseren nächsten Immobilienkauf wird ein anderer Makler den Auftrag bekommen.

We always got a lot of good suggestions and even though we changed our search criterias during the process, Manjit was always good at understanding what we were searching for and then adjust. Whenever we had questions from Denmark, we got a quick and fullfilling reply. Krips Real Estate comes with our highest recommendation.
