Expérience fantastique: Appartement dans un excellent emplacement stratégique, en 10 minutes on arrive à la plage en faisant une belle promenade, tous les services de transport et commerciaux sont vraiment pratiques, appartement vraiment accueillant avec toutes les commodités à disposition, four, lave-linge, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur. S'il avait été possible d'avoir directement la connexion Wi-Fi dans l'appartement, cela aurait été parfait; ce n'est pas strictement nécessaire de l'avoir, mais cela serait un atout pour un séjour professionnel parfait ! Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon moment, je remercie Lupian, Jhosh et Ann pour cette opportunité. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Expérience positive: Un charmant appartement d'une chambre, spacieux et aéré, dans un complexe très bien entretenu, situé en position centrale à Los Cristianos. Tout l'équipement pour un séjour long ou court, y compris le Wi-Fi et 6 chaînes de télévision anglaises. Le complexe dispose de 4 piscines (1 chauffée) avec des chaises longues. Petits inconvénients : Pas de soleil sur le balcon à aucun moment, et un peu de bruit tard dans la nuit provenant du restaurant adjacent pendant les week-ends de vacances de pointe.

Expérience fantastique: Lovely company to deal with, always available. Property is comfortable and has everything you need. Onsite water machine is a bonus saves lugging it from the supermarket. loads of sunbeds around the pool but there is a 2 euro charge for them.

The apartment was in Victoria Court 1, it was nicely fitted out with all the essentials needed for a good holiday as a couple. We booked this trip prior to covid but unfortunately were unable to travel on two prior occasions. Ann was outstanding in honouring the booking. A couple of our friends had booked privately with owners in Cristian Sur who failed to honour their reservations, the moral of the story is book direct through Lupain property. This is the second time that we've used Lupain and we couldn't recommend their professionalism and going that extra mile enough. Expérience négative: The offer on the Booking portal includes apartments that are not suitable for living at all. Through Booking I booked their apartment on the beach in Los Christianos Tenerife which was dirty and smelly in short unfit to live in it and paid for 4 nights 392 euros. Now both, Booking and Lupain properties do not want to return my paid reservations even though I did not stay in the apartment at all. They do not respond on my emails at all,be careful if you hire from them.

Expérience positive: I'm afraid I never did a viewing with Lupain as I agreed to buy an apartment in Tenerife via other means. However I was in contact them in the months prior to my visit and found them amenable and helpful. They understood my requirements and, until I pulled the plug, gave good recommendations. Five stars for the preparatory work and I am only withholding one because we never reached a conclusion. That, however, was no fault of theirs.

I was provided with the correct information, choices and oportunities that made my experience of choosing the right property for my needs and within my budget, better than expected. Perfect outcome. I spoke to a few agencies who were very unfriendly, very unhelpful and very slow. I made contact with Josh who from the beginning was very friendly, very helpful and immediately was sending me photos of apartment options. I explained my situation and they arranged for me to view an apartment on the same day and have everything ready for me to move in the next day! (I’d been in contact with another company who offered to show me the same apartment, however they were unable to show me the apartment for a couple of days). We originally contacted Alexander Gil at Lupain who was very helpful, he guided us through the buying process and assisted us with gaining a mortgage through a local bank. On our visit to Los Cristianos to look at property Alexander had lined up a number of properties for us to view, they were all in line with our original requirements including price range. We ended up getting more for our money than we had expected. Alex and Peter Thompson at Lupain assisted us with the negotiation on the price which we agreed. They also took us to the bank and introduced us to the Bank Official looking after our mortgage where we opened an account. We were not able to remain in Tenerife for the duration of the sale, therefore it was necessary to arrange a power of attorney to complete the sale. This was also provided by Eirlys Lloyd of Lupain Properties. Our sale went through very efficiently thanks to the hard work of the team at Lupain Properties. We would recommend Lupain Properties to anybody wishing to purchase property in Tenerife especially if it is your first time.
