Expérience fantastique: Jose was the listing agent for one of our friends when he sold his flat . We saw his commitment and dedication during that transaction and when we were ready to purchase a flat , we asked him to help us . He diligently worked on our behalf and helped us find the right home . We really liked the fact that after visiting a home, he always gave us his honest opinion of pros and cons of the home. He works hard , answers questions and promptly replies to his messages . Ińaka , his boss was also very helpful and showed up during our closing process . We highly recommend him as a real estate agent and this agency .

Expérience négative: I rented an apartment from this agency and made a deposit for it. This was never refunded to me, although the apartment was left in top condition. As soon as I ask about it, I don't get an answer. The response time until you get an answer is 3-4 weeks until something happens. But they are very quick to remind you to pay something. It all started well, but in the end I am not disappointed because of the deposit but rather that I lack any support. Conclusion: Find a professional. It's definitely not this one.
