Expérience fantastique: We recently completed the successful purchase of a house near Lloret de Mar thanks to Mandarina Houses. We are from outside of Spain and had been recommended to Coloma of Mandarina Houses by another ex-pat in the area. From the very beginning of the process of searching it was a positive experience. Coloma helped us sort through listings and develop a focused list of properties to see in advance. When we arrived we met with her and she explained in more detail what was involved in the process. She then took care to arrange numerous visits that would make the best use of our somewhat limited time. Beyond our expectations we found a beautiful house that met all our needs on that first trip. From that point on Coloma and Carme helped with their part through the rest of the purchase process over the next few months. We are extremely happy with the result. Mandarina Houses provides the utmost in excellent, professional, and friendly service. We could not make a higher recommendation.

Expérience négative: BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!!! Very unethical practices. We contacted them about a property advertised at 325k, and when they saw that the phone number was not Spanish, they raised the price to 350k. VORSICHT VOR DIESER AGENTUR!!!! Sehr unethische Praktiken. Wir haben sie wegen einer Immobilie kontaktiert, die für 325.000 Euro angeboten wurde, und als sie sahen, dass die Telefonnummer nicht aus Spanien stammte, erhöhten sie den Preis auf 350.000 Euro.
