Expérience fantastique: Veerle a été formidable à traiter. Très professionnelle, elle répond rapidement et a été un plaisir de travailler avec elle.

Expérience négative: Ils nous ont pris 6 000 € pour la demande de réservation, pour des déclarations fausses concernant l'appartement en question.

Expérience fantastique: Nous cherchions à acheter dans la région de Benalmádena depuis plus d'un an, récemment rentrés d'un mois dédié à la recherche d'une propriété. Eli de Viva est de loin l'agent le plus utile que nous avons trouvé, elle a seulement sélectionné et nous a emmenés vers des propriétés qui correspondaient à ce que nous avions demandé. Elle a organisé des journées de visites et nous a conduits en nous donnant beaucoup d'informations locales en parfait anglais. Ce n'est pas la norme, j'ai visité tant d'agents en laissant des détails écrits sur ce que je cherchais et je n'ai rien entendu, j'ai visité des propriétés avec environ 10 autres agents et aucun d'entre eux n'a fait de suivi, ou essayé de nous trouver quoi que ce soit de convenable. Viva et Eli ont gardé un contact régulier en m'envoyant de nouvelles propriétés au fur et à mesure qu'elles apparaissaient tous les quelques jours, nous avons trouvé notre emplacement et notre propriété idéals, prévoyant de déménager en mars. Je n'hésite pas à recommander Viva.

Expérience négative: Société peu fiable ! Nous avons eu la pire expérience avec yourviva / Jorg Dombrowe. Ils ont essayé de vendre l'appartement à une autre personne parce qu'elle offrait plus alors que nous avions déjà un contrat signé. De plus, ils font des promesses qu'ils ne tiennent pas juste pour conclure la vente. Avertissement ! Éloignez-vous de Jorg Dombrowe, il ment, est impoli et ne peut pas être digne de confiance. Il a transformé notre achat en enfer !

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons eu une expérience exceptionnelle avec Your Viva pour l'achat de notre appartement à Marbella ! Veerle connaît très bien le marché/l'environnement et nous a bien aidés à trouver des biens appropriés et à planifier des visites. Elle a compris quels étaient nos souhaits et nous avons donc trouvé immédiatement ce que nous recherchions. Même après que nous ayons fait une offre, l'accompagnement a été très bon. Expérience fantastique: We have been looking to buy in the Benalmadena area for over a year, recently returned from a month dedicated to finding a property. Eli from Viva is by far the most helpful agent we found, she only selected and took us to properties that matched what we asked for. She organised viewing days and drove us around giving lots of local info in perfect English. This is not the norm, i visited so many agents leaving written details of what i was looking for and heard nothing, i viewed properties with around 10 other agents and not one of them followed up, or tried to find us anything suitable. Viva and Eli kept in regular touch send me new properties as them came up every few days, we found our perfect location and property, planning to move in March. Have no hesitation in recommending Viva

Even after a failed attempt to purchase the initial property due to a very frustrating vendor she pulled out all of the stops to find an alternative, which was far from easy.
