Expérience fantastique: Charles et Jésus étaient les meilleurs. Ils m'ont guidé à travers l'achat et ont fait plus que nécessaire. Je recommanderais vivement cette succursale. En tant qu'expatrié, ils m'ont aidé à obtenir les services nécessaires, m'ont mis en relation avec une banque, et chaque petit détail que vous pourriez négliger pendant le processus.

Expérience négative: Improfessionnels, du premier vendeur au patron nommé Markus. Manque de professionnalisme et arrogants.

Expérience négative: We’ve had the most difficult transaction with Sotheby’s, first they don’t receive emails apparently (who knows, it’s either in their spam or they don’t bother to look), so they keep asking for the same thing over and over again even after you sent it. The worst part is that they turned us both seller and buyer against each other, by keeping information to themselves, not enabling us to have clear and direct communication and adding fuel to the flames when it served them. Wrongful conduct at its finest and there was no apology or explanation whatsoever. One of those agencies that will do whatever it takes to get their commission and the heck with the rest.
