Expérience fantastique: Peter was brilliant from beginning to the end. He spoke great English (and German). When i visited the property the first time, there was no sales pressure, i was left to look around the property at my own pace, but Peter was on hand to answer any questions I had. After the initial visit, again there was no pressure, i had informed I would be in contact within 2-3 days and that was no problem. After a few days I went back with a few things that i needed to think about before i agreed to take the property and required more time. Peter was fine with that and suggested a second visit if i needed it. I accepted, had a second look around the house and gave my decision later that day. A yes. The process after that was all very smooth and simple, i visited the office and made my deposit/first month payment, a contract was sent both in Spanish and English (for my convenience) and a date in the future for meeting the owners and signing the contract. This was also very smooth and Peter helped with the translation as my Spanish is poor. Peter ensured my needs were met and asked the owners to ensure the internet was available from day one, and also that i could receive the keys a little earlier than my start date as to aid with the moving, again accepted. Any questions i had were thoroughly answered with lots of detail, not just a one or two word answer Overall i can genuinely say Mundisur is the best estate agents I’ve worked with, I‘ve had terrible experiences in the past with money first mentality estate agents and can confirm Peter is not of that sort. He likes to ensure client, tenant and property fit to everyones needs.

Expérience positive: We have spent three winters in Playa del Inglés in Gran Canaria. Each time we used Mundisur realestate. The company provides flats and houses for long and short time rentals. Expérience négative: Horrible, let you pay the commission in spite of the new rules that have been in place for a long time, while the owner of the property has to pay for long-term rental. This is apparently how he treats people who recommend him for a long time. Absolute no go! So bad, I didn't expect this from Peter UPDATE: We never received any paper about this. I understand your frustration and would like to clarify the situation. In the end, some property owners choose to take the risk of not paying the agency fee and instead shifting the costs to the tenant.
If you had actually rented through us, you would have received an invoice from us clearly stating that the landlord refused to pay the commission. This is officially registered and reported to the tax authorities (Hacienda), who will take the necessary measures if required.
We always operate according to the current legislation and the conditions set by the property owners. If you would like to discuss this matter to clear up any misunderstandings, I am open to having a conversation.

Expérience négative: They are known for being a bit of a scam and not repaying deposits - I heard this before I rented but assumed it would be fine, I rented and they said it was somehow MY fault that the flat got mold on the ceiling. I will involve the police and my social medea- but they clearly try to steal money - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Regarding the mold issue, we understand how frustrating this can be. However, structural maintenance and issues such as mold are the sole responsibility of the property owner. As for the deposit, its return is also the owner’s decision, based on the conditions outlined in the rental contract.

Expérience négative: Ich habe ein Bungalow gemietet mit 2 Schlafzimmer. 1 Schlüssel für Haus 1 Schlüssel für Haupteingang. Nach Anfrage ich brauche für Gäste zweite Schlüssel, Antwort wir haben keine. Hausschlüssel habe nachmachen lassen, Haupteingang bekam ich von Nachbar. Das Depot von 1000€ ist nun 1.5 Monate zur Abrechnung von Strom und Wasser ausstehend. Die Agentur wartet auf die Antwort des Besitzers und ich auf das Geld. Letzte Antwort am 3. Juni. Heute 16. Juni

Expérience fantastique: La empresa la conocia de pasada, en cierta ocasión me ofrecieron la compra de un apartamento de otra inmobiliaria y todo era de color rosa, pero antes de nada consulté con un conocido mío , y me recomendó que me informare en esta inmobiliaria, ahora estoy dóbleme agradecido por los dos. Sorpresa la compra era económica,cierto pero se me ocultó que la comunidad al mes era tan excesivo que no era para nada rentable su compra. Firstly I have to highlight the image of the office and the team, way higher than others around the area... “first impression counts”.
